Disney Dining Experience

Are there any stipulations to the Disney Dining Experience card? Like the cast member discount where you cannot use it between 4-8pm? I am seriously considering this, but I dont know if disney is not listing the extra catches that may be included...

No catches, other than the highly publicized ones like that it's only good for 10 people and that they automatically add an 18% gratuity when you use it...

There are some restaurants, like Tokyo Dining and Teppan Edo, that don't take it. Be sure your favorite restaurants are on the list of participating places. And there are a few holiday blackout dates - Christmas Day and Christmas Eve, Mother's Day, Easter - when you can't use the discount. I think there are a few other holiday blackouts but I'm not sure where that's documented.
