Michelle, I have people walking by my desk at work looking at me as if I have totally lost my mind. I am laughing so hard about your story with the lady and your husband (and I needed a good laugh today). Too funny...and too precious. I hope she gave her own husband a good piece of her mind (but not enough that it ruined their trip).

Your photos with the kids and the characters are great.

Mark and I have done the regular line at EE on a number of occasions and it is so neat the way Disney sets up everything prior to entering the main attraction.

Oh my gosh! Poor lady! I guess she didn't see the 'train' spilling out of the mountain, dropping 80 feet, or the one climbing high into the sky before she got on. I too would have loved to be a fly on the wall when she met back up with her DH

I thought that very same thing! I wondered what in the world did she think that train was doing that made everybody scream at the top of their lungs.

I haven't seen FOLK or have even been to that side of the park for so long. Next trip for sure.

LOL, the story about that lady sitting with your DH is too funny! I kind of feel bad for her, being so scared and thinking it was a simple train ride!

Loved your pictures from EE, I wanted to take a picture at the top where the track ends but I was too afraid to take out my camera, I figured as soon as I did we would start moving and that would be the end of it! I'm going to bring a wrist strap next time!

The shows you went to look cute, I've never done any of the AK shows! I'm hoping to do the Lion King one when I go back in November, everyone says it's great!

I love, love, love both Nemo and FOTLK!!! Both shows are so well done! I can't wait to see them again!!!!

I'm not sure what that lady's husband was trying to do. It could have been pretty funny if we'd stayed around to see what happened when he got off the next train.

I love both shows, too. In fact, they are probably my two favorite things at AK.

Glad you enjoyed Nemo. We haven't seen it yet. I told my dh that we HAVE to go see it when we go back in January.

You HAVE to see Nemo when you go back! Drag him in if you have to---Even though my husband likes the show, he says it's a great place for a nap.

You know, everything Disney does is great. Every ride/attraction line has a story in it. We were at another amusement park-I'll not name, but it has the number between four and six in its name---and I realized that when you get in line---It's just that. You're in line. Just hot concrete, with nothing to set the mood/story for the upcoming ride. BORING! They could take a lesson from Disney.

If I'd known he was taking pictures then, I would have been worrying about our camera. One year,he used our small digital camera--point and shoot kind---and recorded the entire ride on EE!

You will have to see the shows at AK. They are my favorite parts of AK!

Wouldn't it have been funny to hear what she told him? Their friends were waiting for her in the gift shop, and she literally collapsed into their arms. She was crying and laughing all at the same time.
