Disney dining booking services?

Hello all! Anyone used a travel agent or service who books dining reservations for you? I never have any luck at 5:45am and I'm interested in finding someone to help me. Any ideas on this?

I have used both mouse dining and touring plans. You set a wish list and they will send you an alert when/if the selection becomes available. We have gotten into several hard to obtain reservations using these.

Those services search periodically (maybe once every 45 minutes). They send you a text or email if they catch an opening that you want. But you still have to make the reservation yourself. By the time you get to it, the opening might be gone. Somebody else might have seen it and grabbed it. It's not the same as having a live person try for you; I'm assuming that if the live person saw an opening, they would book it for you immediately.

Any 3rd party booking an ADR for you would be using the same website as everyone else. Maybe they hit enter faster or get lucky or are more persistent, but doubt there is any magic in what they can do for you. I see a lot of people on here comment that closer to the date of their desired ADR, things often open up and what was sold out becomes available. I would assume people are cancelling the ones they really don't want to avoid that no-show charge. Might also try that as a way to get an ADR for a place you didn't previously have success booking.

I could see a service being nice for folks who live in later time zones though. The process is stressful enough for me at 5:45am. I can't imagine doing it at 3:45am.

I thought of it as offloading a task that somebody doesn't want to do or can't do. Maybe somebody doesn't have the time/energy/patience to check the Disney website, but somebody else has all of those things and would do it for someone else if paid for their time and effort.

This is exactly what I want. 180 days was great and I usually got what I wanted, but checking every day for 60 days is not an option for me with my work schedule. I know I've seen things on Facebook in the past where someone has a service where they do exactly what you described, but I don't have Facebook anymore and didn't save the names from a couple years ago. Doesn't sound like it's a very popular thing and we are DVC so can't utilize a full travel agent service who may do it.

I put the name of two I have used in the post above, yes I left out they send you a text and you have to grab the reservation yourself. However I have gotten California grill reservations while at MK and not hanging to just sit and refresh. That is just one of several we have been able to get at WDW.
