Where do i find the rates for the Disney Dining Plan for those of us using DVC? I can only find rates for those who need to book a full resort package.

The rates are the same as for cash guests. DVCers can book the Quick Service, Standard or Deluxe plan.

DVC reservations can not participate in promotional pricing, like "free dining."

DVC does not require a specific park ticket purchase to be eligibale for the DDPs, you may obtain any park tickets you wish, even from an authorized online discounter.

CS dining plan: $29.99 adult/$8.99 child
Regular Dining plan: $39.99 adult/$10.99 child
Deluxe Dining plan: $71.99 adult/$20.99 child

rates are per person per day and must be purchased for entire length of stay for all people in the room.

If you have a week res. and the dining pal for your family of 5....... what about some guests that stop in for a few nights but not on your reservation? How would they know and if they are not dining with you, why would it matter?:confused3

All guests should be registered in your room, not only for room keys, but in case of an unforeseen emergency. Unregistered guests are against Disney and DVC policies, and it is a safety issue.

That makes sense. I hate the DDP requirement though! It isn't fair to have to pay for all days if someone is only staying two days out of 7. It really wouldn't be hard for Disney to allow you to purchase the number of days you want and put that on each room pass.

The Dining Plan isn't intended to be a pick and choose. Either everyone gets it or no one gets it for the entire length of your stay.
