MidNite ~ I LOVE LOVE LOVE  your 3D Mickey designs. If you get a chance and have nothing to do :rotfl2: , could you make one for Pop Century? :worship:Please? No rush, not leaving until October. TIA :flower:

Here's another one. Thought this time I would make myself one. :flower:

Julia & nick's mom, that's an awesome idea. I made more little lime green mickeys if anyone's interested in them. 1.5 x 1.5 inches

I so obviously just drew circles.

WOW this thread just made a "sticky". I'm prob. days behind and didn't realize it. :rotfl2: It's a great thread.

Julie & Nicks Mom,
Is there some way you can put like 6 green mickeys.
On 1 design.
As the transfer paper is 8x11 or something like that.
DS wants them about the same size as the Home Depot Mickeys.
That way I can print out a sheet full.
Cut out & iron on.
Bigg time saver.
I have to make 42 shirts. :faint:
Thinking maybe to put screen name on them.

I love the caption on this one it's great.

I'm having the same paranoia about my @home reception invites - I can't put my new surname on them until the deed is done...

Has anyone purchased the shirts that are on sale at AC Moore ($2.79)?
The sales ends tomorrow - and I could go tonight - but I don't want to go there and find out the shirts are thin or not that great...

can someone give me some feedback on the shirts... I was planning to purchase shirts from the cheapetees website someone else posted...

Any advice would be great... thanks
Laura

Okay so I am slowly getting better at using this but still cannot figure out how to get the text to print differently. By that I mean I would like to maybe have an arch to the text over the artwork or have it on the side at an angle. Can anyone who is using photoimpact help me with this. I don't know what I am doing wrong. Also I too cannot seem to post pictures to this site. Followed Midnites instructions but when it comes to the address part I am lost. I am trying to post my picture from photoimpact. Any ideas on this. TIA.

Tracy

I figured the text thing out yesterday - select the text and then open up the Easy gallery list on the right hand side and select text and then deform or wrap gallery then find the shape you want - there's slopes and circles etc and drag it over onto your text and then your text changes!

To post your images get registered with photobucket - you upload your images to it by browsing your folder and then it actually gives you the image tag which you copy and paste into your message.

If you have your own server you need to put these tags around the url

Cool I like this one best - are you using MidNites 3d programme? I really should go get some transfer paper and start practicing...

Dumb Question Alert....

Thanks to Midnite and Julia and Nick's mom they have a link where they've put up some of their designs...

so if I "right click, then save as..." put them in a folder on my computer... is this all I need to do? Can I put them in paint and customize them myself? Then are they the right size to print onto the transfer paper???

TIA for answering....

That is how you save them - I am not sure on if mine would be the right size for paint -

I think paint ahs REALLY limited capabilities so I have always done stuff like this in word (well until I found photoimpact  )

you can insert the image into word and then you can see the size and I think it is easier to add words

Oh, another request for the Lime Green MM head - in small for use on the sleeve??? or bottom of shirt???

I'm also one that would walk up to someone and ask them if they got it on the Dis!! :rotfl:

I also noted that they were saved as bmp

and I think I should be brave and get that photoimpact!!

rosejo- No, I'm using Adobe Photoshop Elements. I just drew a normal MM head and then selected the "wow plastic" setting in layer styles. I tried to do the 3D setting but failed miserably.
