I included a picture of the gift my kids gave me for Christmas, one of me in front of the Castle, (on photo pass it was supposed to have Tink on my shoulder) and one of my youngest grandson with our Santa last year. Santa gets his hair done every morning

OMG!!

Julia is in FULL melt down mode - I can't calm her down to get her in bed - I finally just left her sobbing in the other room!

We definately had WAY too much to do this weekend!

Poor baby! I know my DD used to have trouble when things ended. It is her personality... whats next? I know the melt down mode sux! TO YOU!

I took DD to the mall, she just had to spend the money she got. I remember that as a kid too, I didnt want to go, but had to bring her. She had a blast too! More prizes! AHHH to be a kid again!

Thanks everyone for the good thoughts about the tree. I lost 3 ornaments I really cared about that I cannot replace easily.

Oh no ... I'm so sorry.

I just told DH that now he owed me another trip to buy new ornaments!

Can't get them in the World Showcase?????????

Oh, and DH and I just bought the most gorgeous tree at Pottery Barn while we at the mall. It is 9ft tall, has over 1000 lights, and is absolutely magnificent. Originally it was $500, and we got it for $200! Great deal, and now I'm ready for next year!

Sounds beuatiful! I WISH we had a Pottery Barn here!

Oh no! Any way you can let her be alone with a quiet CD? Or with her and rock together? Sounds like an over-stimulated little girl. Ben gets like that ... but with a 2 1/2 hour ride home .. it chills him out.

Thankfully she calmed herself down and went to sleep -

she was in one of those modes where EVERYTHING I did made her more upset! We are not doing ANYTHING tomorrow - hopefully she will start to get back to normal!

Do NOT get me going! DH sux at xmas! He gripped about getting me what I wanted... a massage! He said thats stupid. DUH I am telling you what I want! He got it, but he wasn't happy. He wanted to get me jelewry, I dont want it or wear it. He always has a "reject pile" for what I give him.. this year, I got him NOTHING, 5 things, he gripped anyway. He is an idiot. I am joining the stupid DH crowd when it comes to xmas gifting!

Oh man! He's right there with my DH. I'm still waiting on an anniversary gift (9/20) and my birthday gift (10/7). ugh I told him last week he can stop stressing his brain .... I want a remote car starter.

But he stinks at presents too!! I got two pairs of socks(I don't wear socks!!)
The thing is he is actually trying (maybe not so much on this one ) but in the last year he has gotten a bit better!!

Hi everyone! It seems like it has been so long since I have talked with y'all. Everything is winding down. Kids are in bed, DH is in bed, my parents (who are leaving tomorrow) are in bed, so I can have some "me" time. How has everyone been? I hope those of you who were sick are recovering, and that everyone had a great Christmas. Our was really nice. Busy and hectic, but nice. Our trip was perfect and I promise that I will start on that trip report tomorrow and try to get some photos up.

We had some photopass pictures that were supposed to include us holding Tink. Tink was not there when I looked at the photos, so I sent an email from the photopass site and told them she was supposed to be there. A few days later I got an email that she was there - and she was! Maybe it's not too late for you to ask them to insert her.

Thanks for this. I ought to be able to come up with something quite "fairy" with this. I'm making her some flower fairies, and she and her friends will watch the movie "A Fairy Tale" about the 2 girls from England who "captured" photos of fairies. Any other ideas?
