I am watching the Amazing Race too.

I consider myself very nosy and when something is happening in our area, I try to keep on top of it. So imagine my embarassment when Steffy and I were watching the race and were seeing that the beginning show happened just two TWO miles from my home

Oops! I imagine they don't want to bring too much attention to themselves though, especially for the race kick-off, so don't be too hard on yourself!

I wish they would tape TAR here in my hometown. I can't imagine it could happen without everyone knowing.

We are the biggest small town I have ever seen. Our population is about 111,000, but everyone knows everyone else's business.

We're waiting for Wicked, too! It's a great book, and an AMAZING soundtrack!

And OUTSTANDING on Broadway! We saw it in August and I was blown away.

Tammi and Elin - your snow pictures are just beautiful! I know you probably get sick of snow after a while, but those of us in the south that rarely see it just love it!

Tinkaroo -- Technically we ARE in the south! We live in Virginia.

But people here do not know how to handle snow and things are shut down for days when we get more than a dusting. That is one reason I don't like it. The other one is that I guess I am catching the same thing that my Dad had... older age The older he got the less he liked it!

i have an interview tomorrow with a few professors that counts as my final grade...
i hate the last 2 weeks of the semester!! it needs to be dec 20

And why did they have to take away my diet vanilla coke??? Our local store had a sale a couple weeks ago, though, so I'm fully stocked with the cherry version - so yummy!

Hey just for the record -- I've never had a milestone yet! Put me down for one. The sad thing - I was around, just checking different threads. How sad is that - to be online and not on the correct thread!! That'll teach me for wandering!!

Also for the record.............I haven't had a milestone!!! I am always the shy quiet one who lets everyone else have the fun. I am the type who is scared away by the "Amy" types.......haha just kidding Amy.

Mine are 29 months apart, and VERY close. I hope it lasts.

My older 2 are 25 months apart. I never had any sibling rivalry between them and they are so close that you'd think they are twins. There is 5 years between the younger 2 and they aren't nearly as close. They don't have a lot in common with that age gap.
