Has the timeline in Beauty and the Beast ever bothered anyone else?

The petal is going to fall from the rose on the Beasts 21st birthday -

but in "Be our Guest" - they sing

for 10 years we've been rusting needing so much more than dusting

Why on earth was the enchantress so concerned with the selfishness of an 11 year old?!?! and how does Beast have a picture of him as an adult prince hanging in the west wing?

Okay - i feel better now that I have voiced my concern

It's a made up movie, so it doesn't have to make sense. So forget about it Queen move on and get over it.
















LOL, Just kidding, often times timelines in movies don't make sense. I guess they just think that only kids will watch and not get it. That type of things bugs me though. Not sure why they do it, although there are some really interesting sites out there that point out tons of movies mistakes.

I'm sure it's even more amazing in person... we're so bummed we didn't know about it (stupid busy-ness and not watching the news!).... it's literally 4 minutes away. With hitting all the traffic lights!

He was - I am so bummed they had to stop -

we would have gone one night this week

there is actually a computer program to do this with your lights - he has posted the program so others can do it - the music played on the radio as you drove by his house - how cool is that!!

There was a car accident near his community last week and emergency vehicles were unable to get through the congestion - he said once his neighborhood safety became and issue - he was no longer willing to do it - so he stopped -

I can't imagine his wife let him invest $10,000 in that! Do you know what they could do at Disney for that kind of money!!

Thanks for the get well wishes. Yes, I think we've settled on Dec 16-22. Kids get out of school the entire week before Christmas so we can go and them not miss any days. That way, it's still Value Season and we can stay LONGER! It seems like most schools don't get out that early, so maybe the crowds won't be too bad. And we still get to go to MVMCP!

I noticed that. We actually bought this years the day they came out. I'll just do the same again. We should be there for the Sunday MVMCP and the very last one. Which would be better? Sunday less crowded? Or since they both sell out will it make a difference?

Julia tells me ALL the time - next week when we are Disney World - she has a two year wait - this is going to be hard - I am praying for free dining again!! I am sure I could convince DH to go!!

A couple of times she has asked "can we go shop at Downtown Disney tonight?"

Colby really loved Typhoon Lagoon. He calls it the water place. Everyday and I do mean everyday, since we got home he asks to go to the water place. Now mind you it is around 20 degrees here and I try to explain that Mickey's House is far away. He says "It's ok Mom, we can get in the car and Daddy can drive us". They have no concept of time or distance, but they sure do remember. All the more reason to take them when they're young.
