I saw something really strange today at the mall. My DS5 and I were standing in line to see santa and a lady walks up behind us and there is something in her shirt/bra (she had on a low cut top). At first it thought it was some kind of animated toy she had put there to draw attention to her ****s but --- It was moving and you could see its tongue moving in and out kind of like a cats, Anyway I said OMG what is that. SHE HAD THREE BABY MONKEYS in her bra. The little head I could see was about the size of a 1/2 dollar.

She said she raises them and they only get to be 1 pound each. Can't remember what she called them but they were absolutely adorable. COST $2000 dollars OUCH.

She said she has to keep them close to her body for the first four weeks of their life so they would survive so she keeps them in her bra.

A friend of mine at Victoria Secrets said she came in and bought a couple of oversized bras. HOW STRANGE IS THIS!!!

I have always wanted a monkey for a pet. My DH said NO WAY. LOL

I read this thinking what the he**. I can't imagine seeing that. If she has baby monkeys in her bra where do they ummm go to the bathroom? Very weird.

Wow Kate, I'm glad Julia is ok. I've had a few people fall at the bar over the years, but never a child

I just got home from work. Would have been home a couple of hours ago, but dh stopped by and was catching up with everyone as he used to work there too. He had a few drinks so we left my car there and I drove him home. We actually sat there so long talking about the different auto dealerships that the guys work at that I had to have a couple of Ameretto Sours to tolerate all the guy talk. I swear they were bickering like 3 year olds over who cars were better, Toyota, Ford or Saab. Couldn't wait to see what you all were up to, but you've been quiet.

I got home from work about the same time you did. We were so busy tonight. We had 4 private Christmas parties plus regular dining and serve dinner in the bar. I was the only bartender. We aren't supposed to drink at work, but after making 2 grasshoppers and 12 brandy alexanders, there was extra alexander left over. Far be in from me to waste that It was really good (if I do say so myself).

I had areally good time except for the fact that the bar is the only room in the Club where smoking is allowed, so all of the party attendees kept coming to my bar to smoke. OMG - I am so glad I quit 15 years ago. I will have to shower before bed, I can't stand the smell of myself right now.

Kate - I am so glad that Julia is okay. There is nothing scarier than your child being hurt.

I did ask her that very question and she said they wear a diaper.
She probably thought I was very nosy but that was the strangest thing I think I have ever seen at the mall.

Vermont has the no smoking in restaurant law which is awesome. I used to hate smelling like cigarettes after a shift. We were really busy tonight too. We had 5 large parties and 3 unexpected large parties walked in. We had 3 bartenders so it wasn't bad. I can't tell you how many Long Island Iced teas and margarettas we made tonight. Quite a few strawberry daquiries too. I must say that they were pretty good I had a little too much in the blender for the glass so I had to take care of my mistake Or was it?

Our city council was supposed to vote on a smoking ban this week, but they woosed out. We don't have a lot of smoking with our regular membership, but one of tonight's parties had a lot of smokers.

I am a terrible reformed smoker, so I would have been thrilled if our no smoking ban had passed.

wow, i was shocked i only had a few pages to catch up on!!

i got home from babysitting and mom set up our christmas tree! ive been telling her she better do it soon!!

I loved babysitting tonight-plus the family is so sweet and gave me a christmas present..
