Disney Daily Birthdays – July Exercise Challenge


70 minutes today. I was so sad to turn in my rental bike this evening. My classes finished today and I'm heading for London tomorrow. Should get lots of walking time in the next two days.

Enjoy London! I used to live there and loved walking everywhere, it is surprisingly walkable! And otherwise I just took a bus to see more of the city. Much better than taking the underground where you see nothing.

Seem to have some strange foot issue, so did not go for a run, but did my exercise DVD again. Did not get any more foot pain, so that is good!

I so agree! I always try to take a bus if I'm not walking. I think it's intimidating to a lot of people, because you really need a sense of where various destinations are, but I lived in London for a few months when I was in school so I love it.

I have a 15-min walk to report for Thursday, but I was a slug on Friday, so my new total is:

(That still puts me five minutes over target pace, though, so if I can get moving today, I'll be OK!)

45 minutes of run/walk yesterda brings me to 576/1000 Get to run in the rain this morning with running group which is a nice change from running in the 90's. Have to burn some calories for :cake: and :drinking1
