I just got a new job! :cool1: The main focus of my job is going to be improving the customer service and employee moral. Even though I've been doing this for years, I feel you are never too old to learn.

Does anyone know of a really good book about Disney and their customer service? I looked on bn.com but before I purchase I was looking for some personal experience.

I'm pretty sure it's available at any bookstore - as well as online (Amazon, etc).

Or you could book the cruise and get the book for free :thumbsup2

I read Lee Cockerell's book a few months ago and it was a great read. He has lots of Disney stories so it makes the book that much better!
 
While Lee Cockerell's book is a must have in anyone's library, I believe there is an even more appropriate book when it comes to customer service. The title is "Be Our Guest: Perfecting the Art of Customer Service" by the Disney Institute. You can find it at Amazon (http://www.amazon.com/Be-Our-Guest-Perfecting-Customer/dp/0786853948)

I have this book, it really is very good.

I ordered Lee Cockerell's book from Amazon but haven't received it yet to compare.
