Checking in! I had put these aside to work on some overalls for a neighbor's 2 little girls for their Disney trip. I finished the overalls Friday and now I'm ready to cruise with this swap! Should be finished by the weekend.

I have all my paper and stuff purchased, but haven't started anything yet.

I've been waiting for my new Cricut Expression machine I bought on e-bay...but...alas...the lady took my money and didn't send the machine! I'll be working on the items this weekend without it, I guess.

It looks like I haven't checked in for awhile. I have 4 groups done and am almost done with the 5th (have one more piece to do). Which leaves one group left, and I have ideas for that. I want to get everything finished this week.

The 5th group is done now too. So on to the 6th, and my biggest problem...I know what I want to do, just not sure what colors to do it with, so I will cut a bunch of stuff, and see which I like best, and waste a ton of paper in the process.

The seller was MOMOF3ANGELS...she has been banned from e-bay transactions now, so you need not worry about her! She has apparently been doing this to others as well...e-bay contacted me about her no longer being able to sell/trade on e-bay and that I should make every effort to retrieve my money back from her.

Did you pay via paypal? If so, they will refund your money once you open a claim. If she can't provide proof of delivery, they will give back all your money.
If you paid via credit card, they should be able to help too.
If you paid with money order or check, and mailed it, then mail fraud is involved and you need to contact the post office on what to do about that.

A similar thing happened to me this Fall. After daily e-mails, Ebay messages, etc. I filed a claim with Paypal because Ebay said they couldn't be involved with any transaction that was paid for by Paypal. 6 weeks after I paid for the auction, I received my item. That seller did the same thing to 7 other buyers right after me....and then she proceeded to leave us all negative feedback when we filed Paypal claims to get our refund or auction items.

I would still file a paypal claim if that's how you paid, because I don't think Ebay will do anything.

I'm working on mine now. I'm looking forward to getting these done and being swap-free for the first time in 2 years!! I'd love to get these done and in the mail by next weekend. With the work week I have coming up, I hope it's possible..... We'll see.

Just a reminder that I will be in Disneyland (so excited - my first trip!) from November 13 - 17. I will be having my mail held at the post office, so hopefully your packages will be safe if they arrive during that time.

YodasMom - I know what you mean about being swap free. Once these are done and I finish the mega swap (about 1/2 done). I will be swap free, too! Of course, I'm sure there will be new swaps coming up that I will fall victim to! My goal is to have both swaps done before I leave for California.
