Can anyone help!!

I'm booked on a cruise in may 2007. Has anyone done a disney cruise that could offer me some advice?

I'm taking our niece with us and have noticed that we have to get a "minor authorisation form" completed and verified by a notary public. Has anyone else had to do this? Who are they? Where do we find them?

Also, on the online reservations book in form, they are asking for visa numbers etc, I always fill out a visa waver upon entry. Does anyone know anything regarding this? Will we have to fill out another waver when returning to the US on the cruise?

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
We just got home from the Western Cruise. All we had to provide was our passport number as we had used the Visa Waiver to enter the USA at Orlando airport. When you return to the USA after your cruise you don't have to fill out another visa waiver form as the Immigration offcier checks the green stub clipped into your passport when you first entered the USA and then stamps the same page. You do have fill in a customs form though. As for a Notary try this site it has links to Notaries all over the UK.
