Hi
Does anyone know if you can leave cash instead of a credit card imprint when you board the ship for the keycard they give you for charging facilities whilst you are cruising??
Thanks
Natalie D

I would PM Florida Sun as she gave me loads of help and advice when we were thinking of booking a DCL trip. We have for Nov 06. Florida Sun (Sue) is teh best person I know to ask.

Sorry, I don't know the answer, but if you post on the Cruise Line Forum, it has a high attendance and I'm sure they will respond really quickly.

Having referred to my passporter you can leave cash (min. $500), travellers cheques, disney dollars or credit card imprint. You get the bill on your last night so have chance to query anything you do not recognise. I hope you enjoy your cruise as much as we did.

Hi There

Did I hear my name lol, :rotfl2: Yes you can is the answer, this is exactley what we did last year. Last year the max you could spend was $200 before they slip a reciept under your door and ask to you come and put money on your account. I am not sure if that min account has increased.

When you check in at the port they will ask you then how you want to settle your bill, if you tell them cash or travellers cheques that will be fine. You then go to Guest Relations onboard and deposit the cash against your room number or you can go at the end of each day and clear your bill. I liked to do it this way to control what I was spending.

Hope this helps,

Sue
