Disney Cruise Line Bus Transportation Between MCO and Port Canaveral

I know that you can arrange for bus transportation through Disney Cruise Line from Orlando Airport to Port Canaveral. What time are buses currently leaving MCO and how often are they leaving? Also, do you choose your pick-up time in advance or simply show up? TIA ✈

I just did a cruise on March 26. When I did my online check in, I had to pick a time. I called to see if I had to go by that time since I was taking DCL transport. I was told that I could show up anytime. The person who helped me said the system they use at check in makes everyone pick a time, but if you use DCL transport you don't have to go by it. When we got to MCO, no one even asked us about it. You check in at a podium and the only thing they asked for was our reservation number. There were 2 buses that were being loaded as we showed up, around 9:30. We had to wait about 15 mins for another bus. There's a huge area by the check in with places to sit. Very easy to do.
