Ahh Brittney Spears Fantasy... Have you tried her midnight fantasy? I like both so I always switch them up on different days.

I have a few questions that I been meaning to ask you but I remember you mentioning that you had a list of pics you wanted the photog to take. Did you just bring a copy's of other peoples poses you liked or did you just have a list written out? Do you still have that list so maybe I can get a few ideas:idea: I have no fear of trashing the dress, so lying in the sand and standing in the water are a must do for me.

Do you think that you had enough time with the photog? They now have the option of paying for more time. I know you said that you and your guests wanted to get to CC asap and we are kinda hoping for the same but I might be willing to sacrifice an 1 hour for some more picture time. I just want to say thanks for paving the way for all of us new brides and staying with us during all of our planning:love:

LOL...such adult scents. LOL Love it!

For the shoot on the ship I pretty much just directed the guy on which pictures to take. He took direction well, and his pictures were well done, he knew how to work the camera...But had NO creative inputs at all. he didn't tell us how to stand or hold our hands or anything.

For the Magic Kingdom pictures I had prints of other peoples pictures....I printed them out at walgreens and they were poor quailty, but Amy (AWESOME AMY) knew what I was looking for!

We had the photographer for an extra hour, but we were never charged for it. I never asked for it, but knew I wanted it. He took the pictures during the wedding (20 minutes or so) after on the beach (another 30 minutes) at Palo (1 hour) and around the ship (30 minutes). So we went way over....opps. You need atleast 2 hours! Our guests headed to the ship while we did the pictures on the beach, then they all were at the beach before we made it there, but they still had a good 4+ hours on the beach!

Hi everyone. I am trying to reach Bri. I have her direct # but have not been able to reach her as my job does not allow for much phone use during the day and I go to work before dftw opens and leave after it closes. If anyone would be so kind as to send me a pm with her email address it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hello all! I was wondering if I could get some feedback. I am getting married on the cruise oct 30, 2010. We originally wanted castaway but it was on hold for another couple so we settled on deck 7. Bri just called to say that castaway was now available. I don't know if I should switch to castaway and pay the extra $1000 or keep deck 7. We do have a lot of guests coming so maybe castaway would be better. Thoughts?

Deck 7 has a max of 18 guests plus bride and groom for a maximum capacity of 20. if you have more than 20 you'll be moved into one of the lounges. If that is an issue, i'd go with the $1000 extra for CC.

I got married on Castaway Cay and could not imagine getting married anywhere else! It was PERFECT! My vote is Castaway Cay for sure!

I will try and post more details about DD's Wedding Trip on the Wonder. Right now she is trying to finish up a couple things to give me, about specifics that she knows way better than I do so I can give you all the "RIGHT" information.

I know that sounds odd and plesae don't think I am being "nasty" that is the best word I can think of right now. Let me just say that DD was told by a friend who works on the Cruiseline as a preformer that each and EVERONE he works with has certain Boards all over the internet that they check ALL the time!!! There is all kind of FALSE information put in them by these Cast Members to keep people guessing.

So I told her I would wait until she told me then post "SPECIFICS" on the Cruise.

Belle, PM me and let me know if your DD got the same wedding gift as we did.

:rolleyes1

What do you mean? I am confused..why would they post false information?

I am confused too? None of us have posted false information....we posted our stories, our experiences???

I'm lost too...?

On Saturday I'll try to get my pics from the photographer scanned in. Then I can post my trip report! I am excited to see all the tr's coming up. It's been a long road ladies!

Noone here posted false information.....No BRIDES or brides to be.....Disney has CAST MEMBERS who check ALL DISNEY MESSAGE BOARDS and they post information. Like about what upcoming shows on the ships will be and so on to keep people guessing.

I am not saying that I was givin false info by anyone here.

Pixie can't wait to see your pictures!!!! Did you use a Disney Photographer? I swear I am stalking the photographers site that DD used I cannot wait to see how her pictures turned out just seeing what I did I imagine they are going to be fantastic.....

No pictures yet!

You ladies are such a tease. :goodvibes

I have a real question though about the ship. Can I bring my flat iron and curling iron? Are there outlets to plug it into?

Yes... There are plugs at the dressing table.. Not in bathroom. I always bring a power strip to plug in my curlers and dryer in

Mine was for 20 people....although there was enough cake for 30+....so maybe Betsy is right, that is why mine looks bigger. It also was filled with thick strawberry filling....yummy!!!

I don't know if you can make out the thickness of the strawberry mouse in this or not.

Here he is making it.

Cindi....mine is in the planning kit :lovestruc

Cheryl

I wanted strawberry filling, but DH doesn't like it. How did you get a pic of them making the cake? I'm going to be stalking people with my camera!

Thanks for the info! :thumbsup2

OKAY...I'm packing! I had my hair done last week. I'm getting my nails done this week. I'm almost there! Less than 2 weeks!!!!! :woohoo:

When I found the disboards, I also found the dismeets for our cruise. Someone on the board's son was in school for pastry chef, somehow got a backstage tour, and she knew it was our cake. She took photos and then emailed them to me. I would imagine that you could ask your coordinator if they could let someone go in and take a photo or two of the cake being made.

Too bad about the strawberry....it really was so good.

Hi all-
Just a quick post for now. We also had Vanessa on the Magic. She was super sweet. We had a beautiful afternoon for the wedding. Here are a few of my favorite pics. I added the xmas tree one for those of you going soon! Can't wait to see the rest of your pics. And yes it was rather windy for us too.
