Awww...thanks for all the compliments. We are going to the kingdom tonight for our MK photoshoot in the morning!! I can't wait. I am hoping to catch up with Jennifer at Epcot before we leave. She hasn't seen any of the pics yet! I want her to know that it was amazing for me and will be amazing for her too!

And yes, Belle16127 - I LOVED your DD's pics on Route 66! ;) I had no idea that there was such a place on the ship. We had a blast.

As far as the pics go - we did have a little help. The 1st one I posted of us kissing was taken by my 4 yr old son, as was the one of us cutting the cake! He took quite a few actually. During the ceremony, we had a couple of tripods set up with remotes, and then we gave another camera to the DISers from the cruise line, and several people took pics and did a great job.

We had such a fun time. We started taking pics at 1pm and our ceremony was at 4:30 - so we had plenty of time to run all over the ship. Imran even found us (not like we were hard to miss) and brought me my bouquet at one point instead of leaving it in the room, so we could keep taking more pics. He even let us into Triton's to take a few pics by the big Ariel mosaic on the wall. He was a complete joy to work with!

I also made the aisle runner with markers on a cheap fabric runner from Wal-Mart. It was incredibly windy that day, and it wouldn't stay down, so Imran stapled it to the red carpet b/c he knew that I worked so hard on it!

I never even noticed the podium! LOL! :rotfl: I was too busy looking at my DH! I am glad they upgraded. Imran also loved my cake topper so much that he said he is going to try to get that one for future DCL brides too. Hopefully that means another upgrade.

I can't wait to share all the details with everyone and upload more pics - but I have a studio shoot in a few minutes and then I'm off to my happy place!

Hi everyone!! Hopefully someone has the answer to my question. I have not been able to find the answer anywhere. Will there be weddings on the Disney Dream. Or is there a waiting period for the ships to get that type of thing approved. I really want to do our VR around our anniversary but I have our name "on the books" for Oct. 2010. I have not made the ressie yet because I would like to find out this information. If anyone knows please let me know. Or point me in the right direction. I have not been able to get in touch with Brie. Help!!!!! Thanks everyone.

We're back!! (well sorta, we're pulling into port now!) The wedding was amazing! Jen, you are going to have a fabulous time! Imran was incredible! We had Goran as our photographer and he really exceeded our expections dramatically! I will write a full TR when we get back, I'll be able to post pictures in about a week or so.

I also promise a colorful story containing a TSA security breach and handcuffs...... I'll leave you with that!

Tanya, your pictures are beautiful!

I'm getting married at Castaway next November. We decided to just have our families take the pictures. How much time do we have to take pictures at Castaway? Do we have time before we go to the reception at Palo?

we're back....a long but exciting week.

great pics Tanya! Can't wait for more.

hopefully i'll have some soon.....i left my camera on board.

Glad you're back Jen! I know from frequent visits to lost and found :lmao:
that they clean the ship out and put everything out at the terminal. Have you tried calling the terminal?

I hope you get your camera back.

Jen, we left something on board and called a few weeks later. She said that you need to call within a week, and then it all gets shipped to Disney and then who knows.

Cheryl

Jen, I do hope you find your camera!

awesome pics shannon!! Looks like you had a beautiful day!! Even if we hadn't been rained out of Deck 7, Castaway Cay would have been moved back onto the ship too....we had crappy weather all cruise long!!

Shannon....I am so jealous you had Mickey! Beautiful pictures!!

Aww you look beautiful Shannon.:cloud9: I love your hair. I want my hair down as it is just below chin length and I prefer it down.
Did you do your hair yourself, or did they do it for you onboard?:goodvibes
