Disney Crocs....Hmmmm

I just got off the phone with Crocs.....I had ordered my 2 kids ANOTHER pair of crocs and got my daughter the Pink Mickey ones and son the red Mickey ones....when I was speaking to them this morning to clear up an error I had made in a size Ryan said that I could cancel and just purchase the "new-only to be sold at Disneyworld" crocs if I wanted and not order these ones!!!
What ???? I just assumed these would be the same as the ones sold at Disney but he says No...Crocs has made some new models that will only be sold at Disneyworld and not even on the Crocs site!!!!
Unfortunatley I want these as part of the Disney Trip the kids are getting as a christmas gift or I would wait. Ohhhhh...I know I will get myself a pair at DIsneyworld and not get my new ones yet!!! Ah Hah...the mom can have something the kids don't have for a change!! Yippee.

Did Ryan tell you when the ones to be sold only at WDW would be available? You've completely peeked my interest in the "new" crocs I want to buy my DSs both a pair of the Disney ones while we are going to be down there, but wasn't sure if I was going to be able to find even the "old" disney ones anywhere. We leave on Thursday, so I hope they are available now.

I too would like to know what the 'only sold in Disneyworld' crocs are! They didn't have anything down there during Thanksgiving. There was a CROC store at the MCO airport but for some reason is was closed during the day and I could only peek through the gate. They had the Disney Crocs, but I didn't notice anything different.

Okay, so I couldn't resist I had to call Crocs today after reading this thread last night (we are headed there in 17days!!)
The first customer service rep I spoke with new nothing about what I asked so ofcourse I requested to speak with "Ryan".
Who inturn found out the scoop from the "official disney crocs rep." and called me back with the info

He said:
December 15th Adult black/red crocs will be available in DW and DL along with all the childrens colors and additional Fushia Color for kids (not going to be available other than at disney world and disneyland)

THEN..........Drum roll...
He said soon after the first of the year (he couldn't give specific date) Crocs were going to be rolling out a whole new "assortment" of disney crocs.... He couldn't give any specifics (as I think it is a secret, shhhhhh!) But I said like Tinkerbell and Minnie and other characters and he said something to the effect of exactly

So............my kids have the current crocs and I think I am going to wait for the cool new ones

Also, OT a bit, but Ryan had no idea about the DISBOARDS!!!!! So I introduced him

I am leaving for my trip 12/7 and have been searching for a red/blk or blk/red pair for myself but everyone is sold out in size med! Then I find this thread and get so excited....untill....

Just an FYI...there's a thread on the budget board for a deal through shoebuy.com. If you use the code save10 you save $10 on crocs (Disney ones too) and if you register you get an extra 10% off. Tuesday I ordered a pair for myself and one for my dd and we received them yesterday for a total of something like $42 (free shipping too). According to the thread a lot is sold out for adults, but I think there is still some for kids left. Hope this helps anyone going soon and can't wait for Disney crocs!!

I looked tonight and could not find adult ones on this site. I got my pearl white and DS black/red ones today I like his so much that now I want a pair like his for myself.

I will be in the world from 12/30-1/6 so maybe I should wait and see what they have-I would love to have a Minnie pair!!

Ya wanna know what really frosts my cookies is that there are such limited adult Disney Crocs!!! What is UP with that?! Do these people not know about the DIS? About all the grown ups who are so crazy for disney and for crocs and want that combo in every fun color and style available to children?! Where is the JUSTICE?!!! I personally believe that The Dis is the reason that Disney and Crocs teamed up!!! We should start a letter writing campaign!

Disney Crocs are all over New Jersey...well at least North Jersey...I've seen them several times...mostly kids of course, but they seem to be in the smaller stores as far as I can tell.

I am going to get my step kids both a pair for our trip to Disneyworld in August...(jeez it's not even december and I'm already planning for August!) But I may wait and buy the crocs there if there are going to be new styles with tinkerbelle and the gang! *sigh* I love shoes...I have a problem. I don't even think Crocs are all that good looking...I just love shoes...

How are the sizing on the Crocs? My mom was at Dicks yesterday, and she saw some regular Crocs. She wears an 11, so she tried on the Large, but she said it was a little too small, but she said the XL was too big.

Has anyone else bought the type that are sold at payless or walmart and if so are they as comfortable? I'm cheap and I just don't know if I want to spend that much of plastic shoes!

I orginally bought a pair from payless and wore them all summer. I wore them out and needed a new pair and decided to try the name brand and got a pair of disney ones. Mine are pink with pearl strap. OMG!! I'll only wear crocs now! The Payless ones are called airwalks. They are comfy but the name brand is soooo worth the price!
