Hi guys, I'm a Disney ICP alumni (2012) and future CRP for the UK pavilion (July 2014-July 2015).
I am currently undertaking research on the CP and ICP for my dissertation. My dissertation is essentially analysing the living and working experiences of CPs and ICPs, and how they produce Disney's world famous customer service.
I would really appreciate it if you could part in my questionnaire which will assist me with my dissertation. It shouldn't take more than 10-15 minutes.
