Can anyone explain Disneys practice of ignoring customer complains? During a recent stay at ASMo we returned to our room to find the room door unsecured and ajar. To cut a long story short, I had to insist that security be notified and when they arrived they would not even take a report. I had to repeatedly request that the Osceola County Sheriffs Office be contacted and this was only done after I told management that I would call them directly on my cell phone. I was told by 2 ASMo managers on 2 separate occasions that Disney would conduct an investigation and that I would be advised of their finding prior to check out. This was about 2 months ago and I have not heard a thing from Disney. I also complained to my AAA TA and I am also waiting to hear from them.
Recently I read that Disney doesnt like to respond to complaints and that their staff will just Yes you to death to try and appease you. I think that you chances of having a problem at Disney are slim to none, but it does happen. I dont understand why they ignore complaints. I am not sure if I was the victim of a crime or Disney staff negligence.
