Anyone having issues getting logged in at Disney world.com?!?!?
I’ve reset my password, I’ve tried logging in under my parent account to no avail. I just keep getting a blue circle that goes around and around. I can’t see my plans or make a payment. Very frustrating! Someone help LOL
Oddly enough I can get logged into MDE app and Disney Cruise App

I just logged in on Firefox and had no problems. Can you try another browser?

I’m on my iPhone and I tried an Android tablet.
maybe I need to use the olddie computer in the basement LOL

I had that issue the other day. I reset my password and all my plans disappeared. I turned the computer off and logged back in and everything reappeared. I nearly had a heart attack when everything disappeared.

My phone and android still don’t work. But I was able to get in with my laptop. It’s super inconvenient

I had the same problem yesterday, once I was finally able to sign in all my plans had disappeared. Tried again a few hours later and had no issues and all my plans reappeared. Oh Disney's IT loves to play with us
