A friend of mine just got back from WDW with a new Italian charm bracelet, Looks like a watchband, not little charms...I've never seen these before, does anyone know how much the little charms are??? What are these bracelets called?? TIA

Here is the website: http://www.stiers.com/.

The charms are like 20-30 dollars and the bracelet was free. I wish WDW carried charms for the bracelets there. I purchased one last year. I'm very happy with it. It isn't hard to add the charms when you learn how.

When you get the the stiers site click on products on the left side. Then I think there is a drop down box and scroll down to Disney Charms then scroll down some more til you see the bracelets and click on the bracelets and you're there.

Happy shopping!

I saw a place at the local mall that had a sign that they sold Disney charms. Don't know if it was the dangly kind or the links like you're talking about (they sell both kinds). It's a cart right down from the Disney Store. Wonder if they get a lot of business from TDS customers????

Those bracelets can get very spendy very quickly, and they aren't usually even real gold or silver!

Thanks, just went to the site...those little charms are very costly. I guess you buy a charm for each link??? Big bucks!

I read in another post somewhere recently that these were sold in a store in DTD. They also have a cheaper version if you are interested. The charms sell for about $3.00, but you have to buy the bracelet if I remember correctly. The more expensive charms sell for about $30.00.

They sell them at Disneyland - The charms are $3.00 - You can get more expensive ones at the mall - like $30.00, - Buy the $30 ones and you end up with a really expensive bracelet!

Can anyone confirm if they are sold in Disney World or down town Disney? We are headed there in OCtober and I think this might replace the pin buying

I did buy a few off of Ebay for between $7-12 but i didn't want to keep doing that if they have them in the WORLD for $3.00

These charms are sold in the Italian pavillion at the WS in Epcot.

Thanks for all the info. $3.00 sounds like a great deal, just when I thought of ebaying! I guess there is some difference between them being glued or not. There was a really neat bracelet with a Mickey icon on each link but if you buy charms I guess that's not necessary. Where are these sold at DTD?

You lovely people are starting another bad habit for me.:)
I already have12 bangels on one arm and 8 on the other.
The last thing I want is a $400 braclet to add to my fear of being robbed but they are cute. I'd much rather buy the $3 charms if I can find those. :smooth:

Italian Charms are sold at WOD at DTD. DW got the bug! They are really pretty.

I understand they are the rage on the west coast. Several of our malls here carry the charms. There seems to be an unlimited aray of charms not just Disney.

Many places will give you a starter bracelet if you buy several charms, you can then replace the blank links with the other ones as you aquire them!

I have one of those braclets. The good ones are a little pricier. But get them by Zoppini or Italian ones. Those are the nicer ones. I bought the braclet and three charms for 70.00. That was a "deal" cuz I bought it all at the same time. I've never seen the good ones less than 14.00. But when I go in Nov., I"ll be looking to see if they have nice ones. Always looking for a bargain. But there are cheap ones out there, so beware. the Zop. and Italian ones just look nicer.
You can find them like they said on E-bay.
It does add up!

we got each of the girls (7,5,2) a bracelet with 5 charms that they got topick out. 20 bucks each for a nice little souvenier. quite a bargain.

Last year, 20 of us went to WDW for my mom's 50th birthday. The disney catalogue was offering mickey heads with birthstones for a necklace. I bought 10 of the birthstones (1 for each grandchild) I went to my jewler and I bought her a nice charm bracelet. I had the jeweler affix the charms to the bracelet for a 1 of a kind present. All of the grandkids gave it to her for her birthday dinner at Chef MNickeys...(Queue tear ducts...open flood gates).

We stayed at the all star in June and they sold the charm bracelet and charms there. my dd bought a sleeping beauty charm. They were around $3 . There were tons of them! I'm sure if they were sold at this store they are sold through out the WDW resort. Hope this helps.

We've been addicted to these bracelets for around 2 years!! LOL My first bracelet took forever to fill up because I bought all the expensive charms! I also have a watch with charms on it. In January I got the $3 charms at DL and now have one whole disney bracelet! I didn't even buy a bracelet itself I just bought enough charms to make a bracelet it cost around $40. AND the name brand Disney charms($30 or so)fit on this bracelet too, even with the $3 ones! My husband got me a couple of the Walt Disney Collection charms and the guy at DL told me it wouldn't work with the cheap one but it did!! Oh and the cheap ones don't look cheap they are adorable, in fact my expensive Dumbo one is not as cute as some of the "cheap" ones! When I go back to DL next week I want to get two more $3 ones of Mickey Head birthstones with my boy's birthstones in them(take place of my hearts!)

(sometimes the cheaper charms will connect upside with the more expensive ones)

On mine I have(the $3 ones)
  • Minnie
  • Donald
  • Daisy
  • Goofy
  • Pluto
  • Cinderella
  • sleeping beauty
  • Belle
  • Tink
  • Mickey Head(plain black)
  • Mickey head(my birthstone)

And the "expensive ones"
  • Dumbo
    Castle
  • American Flag with Mickey head in the blue part instead of stars

We have stores here that are almost 90% charms, bracelets and watches like this. There are at least 10 stands in between both of the malls. They are all over. I remember the first time I saw the bracelets was ummm I would say 2000 and at that time it was alot harder to find the less expensive charms!

Watch out they are addicting!:Pinkbounc

Uh Oh, they're available at the all stars? Guess where my first stop will be. Should I check in first or go straight for the charms. LOL

I got most of mine at www.italiancharms.com. They have a great selection, and excellant customer service.

Now, I just wish you guys had not pointed out how much money I'm wearing on my wrist! Oh well - at least I got gifts for the holidays that I wear and don't sit in a drawer!

Don't know if it's true or not, but the sales clerk at my local store warned me that sometimes the cheap charms don't stay "locked" like the expensive charms do, and you can loose your bracelet.

I started them for my 3 dd's, and my niece. Makes buying gifts for b-days and holidays much easier. Kind of like the charm bracelet I had as a kid.
