I'm in the process of doing up some travelling games for my DGS and DGD for the long drive down to Orlando from Florida.
Another site suggested an ABC game using Disney characters and characters from Disney movies.
Having problems with a few letters, so hopefully my DIS friends can help.

E--I've got Eyore, Esmerelda, Elspeth

I --Icabod Crane, Iago

K--King Louie, King Triton, Kanga

L--Lilo, Little John, Lumiere

N--Nemo, Nala (sp?? Lion King)

O--Oliver, Orville, Owl

Q--Quasimoto, Queen of Hearts

R--Robin Hood, Roo

U--Ursula, Uncle Remus

V--nothing

X--nothing
Y--nothing
Z--nothing

All the other letters I have lots. Hope you can all help.
Also found a neat site to print off some sheets for car bingo.

www.MomsMinivan.com

Also printed out a map of the US and going to have them look for licence plates from the States.

Any other suggestions would be welcome.

Have a good evening

I already gave you one for "Y" Yzma (from Emporer's New Groove)...I'm still working on "X" for you...I really don't think that there is one! But will let you know if I figure one out.

For Z I've got Zeus, Zazu, and Zipper and yes thanks for the one for Y (the one and only one!!LOL)

Sorry that was V & X. All the other letters I have at least one for. Some I have lots.

I'll keep plugging away. I have three months. :cool1:

I'm also doing alphabet cards on rides and attractions. Geez, once you get going on this stuff you become hooked.!!

Sometimes Im glad I kept all my Disney Cast member trivia stuff:

Ive pulled out my Updated Official Encycopedia Disney A to Z by Dave Smith and Im having a look for some of the harder letters

W: Winkie- From The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad, apparently he is the villian who aquired toad hall, not WTP like the picture would look in the WTP ride.
X- In the book there is no Character listings for X- However isnt one of the characters from Mulan have a X is there name?

Y- Yen Sid- The scorecer's name from Fantasia ( its Disney backwards)

Z- Zipper, a housefly from Rescue Rangers, Zorro, but that's not animated

Hi Sara:

Thanks for the names. I'll add them to my list. The only letters I don't have at least one name for is V and X(I think you are right. I don't think there is anything for X)
But I'll keep plugging away.

I've got a few more for you....

E: Evinrude (Rescuers), Edgar (101 Dalmatians)

K: Kala (Tarzan), Kuzco (Emporer's New Groove), King Stephan (Sleeping Beauty)

O: Old Yeller, Olie (Rolie Polie Olie)

R: Ratcliffe (Hunchback of Notre Dame)

V: Vitani (Lion King II)

X: X.R. (Buzz Lightyear TV), Xanatos (Gargoyles TV)

Y: Yao (Mulan)

Still working on some more for V,X,Y & Z.....have a few more days before we leave for WDW!

Can we create a listing of all the Disney characters, alphabetically of course...something that we can print off. It would be a great 'challenge' game for the ride down to WDW...or maybe I'm asking for too much :confused3 ...it just seems like so much fun

GrannyEv - this is OT but my best found time passer for long drives with kids is pipe cleaners!!!
DD and DS love them. Go to the Dollar Store and stock up. It just put them in a ziplock bag and they love making characters out of them and other "pipe-cleaner" things.

Thanks for the tips. What a neat idea. I'll pick some up at the dollar store.
