How hard is it going to be to get tickets?

Are any of you guys AP holders? Are AP holders going to have first shot? Keep us posted in case you get info first.

LAST year tickets were only required for the Friday night concert.The daily tapings were come and go as you please.If tickets are required for any portion of this year's event I would think everyone who is aware of the process as soon as it is announced would have a great chance.

we will be at disney during this thiem and my kids would love to go see this. When the tickets are avalable hard hard are they to get? Can you go more than one day?

The ticket information has not been released yet,so keep checking DisneyChannel.com periodically.LAST year ALL daily tapings were open to the public-you could attend as many days as you wanted to.The only taping that required a ticket was the DCG Concert.One very interesting possibility for this year's DCG is a FanFest on April 30.I don't know what the term FanFest means ,but I would think it might be an opportunity for pictures and autographs with the DCG Stars.There was no such "meet and greet' last year,but the DCG Stars would sometimes come over to the fans and sign autographs for a while.It was fun,though,trying to see how many different autographs you could "collect".

The DCG are held at Champion Stadium at Disney's Wide World of Sports.The majority of the "games" are held in the outfield.IIRC,the dunking booth competition was held in the infield and the DCG Concest stage was at the beginning of the outfield facing the infield and the stands.

Disney Chanel Games Concert 2008 tickets can now be requested by Passholders at the Passholder website.The Concert is May 3 and features The Cheetah Girls,Jonas Brothers and other acts.Ther is a limit of 6 tickets per Passholder.I would think further information about the 2008 DCG will follow shortly on DisneyChannel.com.

Just as an FYI, Radio Disney is currently holding a contest where the winner can hang out with the Jonas Brothers during the DC Games. The Grand Prize is described as follows:

Did you request? Can you request 6 for each day or 6 total to be used on different days? Or are these 6 tickets just for the concert?

Disneychannel.com has announced the 2008 games!! But, you cannot get tickets to the concert until after March 25. Unfortunately, The concert is scheduled for Sat. night not Fri. as I was hoping (We fly out Sat. morning) We still plan on going to a taping though one day!!! Thanks again for all of your help and advice!!

Yes,I have an AP and just requested 6 tickets.I have not received confirmation yet.These are tickets are for the DCG Concert on May 3 and only 6 can be requested per Passholder.There is no other information on the Passholder announcement other than DCG Concert information,but I would be greatly surprised if the daily tapings are not come and go as you please like last year with no ticket required.

I know last year you could come and go for the tapings. Do you know how you get to be an 'extra' and actually 'get closer'?

Yes,Passholders can request DCG Concert tickets now,while ticket requests can be made by the General Public beginning March 25.

You are welcome! I was hoping for a Friday night concert like last year as well,but I have not made flight arrangements yet,so I am just going to add a night to my reservation. Be looking for information on a possible DCG FanFest on April 30-that might take away some of the disappointment of missing the Concert.
