Disney Channel Games 2008???

does anyone know the real day the taping starts for the games? is it April 28th or 29th? because a lot of places have been saying the 28th but on disneychannel.com it says the 29th. if anyone knows the real date i would REALLY appreciate it =]

April 28-May 3 were the"unofficial dates' that were announced in January.It seems that the new official dates are April 29-May 3.

I don't think i can make it down to flordia, but maybe after i see who will be there, i can use it as my birthday and christmas present!

I just wanted to stress to everyone that did not attend the DCG Concert last year-IT IS ALSO A TELEVISION TAPING!The artists last year only sang a few songs each.There is A LOT of downtime.It is NOT a regular concert experience.I just don't want anyone's expectations for the Concert to be too high and then come away disappointed.It is still a lot of fun-they even had a Disney-quality fireworks show at the end of the taping.

and which park or w/e are they held?

i just called the walt disney world resort and they said they dont have any info on the actual games and to try back in a few weeks

im sad i cant go to the concert :[
im flying up to new jersey for bamboozle :]

oh well i just saw JB march 8th and 9th anyway

unregistered - yes tickets right now are only available for passholders.

Requests by the general public will be taken starting March 25th on a first come first serve basis. I would put in another request on that date in case they 'threw out' your first request because you aren't a passholder

If you are not a Passholder,you WILL NOT be able to request tickets until March 25.Be prepared to request tickets March 25 AS SOON as the information on how to request them is released and you should get some or at least have a very good chance.Last year I "met" many of the stars.By "met" I mean that sometimes they would come over to the crowds and sign autographs for a few minutes as they were entering or leaving the field etc. I was able to "meet" Miley Cyrus,Corbin Bleu,Emily Osment,Mitchell Musso,Jason Earles,Dylan Sprouse,Cole Sprouse,Jason Dolley,Kyle Massey,Adrienne Bailon,Kiely Williams,Sabrina Bryan,Madison Pettis,Nick Jonas,Kevin Jonas,Joe Jonas and Andrea Guasch who was an International Star from Disney Channel Spain.LaughingPlace has announced that there will be a FanFair on April 30,but Disney has not confirmed that.

The DCG are held at Disney's Wide World of Sports in Champion Stadium.Last year the daily tapings were free and open to everyone.I am almost positive it will work the same way this year.

can someone who already confirmed the concert tickets tell me when the pick up for the tickets are. I am getting there on May 1st and if the pick up is before that i will not be able to pick them up. I am not a passholder and if i do get tickets will they be able to mail them to me.
