I see no mention either in the summary above or the screenshot in the cited article of anyone needing an English accent except the lead female.
Correct it was just one of the female leads needing an English accent.

Role 1 - some type of 40s/Andrews Sisters style trio that helps narrate the story
Role 2 - Peggy Carter
Role 3 - Steve Rogers? Or perhaps too young. I like the Peter Parker idea a previous poster mentioned, but not sure if Spiderman would appear in Rogers: The Musical. I don't think he was in the one fictional scene of the musical in the Hawkeye TV show. But then again if they are doing a Marvel show why not tie in Spiderman since he is heavily featured in Avenger's campus.
Role 4 - Tony Stark - Wry sense of humor. Leads others with attitude and swagger.
Role 5 - I was originally thinking Thor, but maybe this is a better description of Steve Rogers.
