Disney canceled my Oga's reservations. Anyone else?

Same here (original ressie is below) - rebooked for 10:20pm the same night. Really bummed it's so late, but what can you do...

We wanted to notify you as quickly as possible that due to an unforeseen issue, unfortunately, we need to cancel your dining reservation for Oga’s Cantina.

Reservation for 4 on 1/4/2022

We were canceled for 1/15 at 9:45p party of 4. same gift card email. Attempting to rebook or book Trader Sam's, but had to do a 3rd party "reservation watch". We will be at Oga's on Sunday (12/19) so I hope all is well as it is not canceled.

It did seem odd to me that Oga's had availability well past the 60 day window for all evening times when I checked weeks later. I bet they cleared us all and reopened the system or are they down?

Thats exactly what mine says too, what email address are you sending to?
I just did it online to guest services- they can route it appropriately. I don’t feel like waiting on hold for a long time to deal with this. This lets me write out exactly what and how I want to say and takes far less time. My trip isn’t for a few weeks still so as long as it’s resolved by then I’m ok with that- if I were going next week I’d call, but Jan 4 is far enough out email should be answered by then. I did say I was expecting an e-gift card for every cancellation of mine though, but like I said my guess is that I may get one, or none, but who knows

There was a link at the bottom of my email to click where I could send a message online. I just did that. i have a hearing loss and can't call on the phone and no way I am asking anyone to sit on hold for hours on end due to this nonsense!
 

Just saw that both of mine for the end of January are now gone. No email though. Unfortunately times are gone. Will be emailing. So frustrating
 
Uh. I got no email about the cancellations at all, but my two January 2022 Oga's are cancelled. Looked like I got two $25 gift cards though.

My 12/31 was not cancelled.
 
I also just got a $25 gift card in email for our single cancelled reservation.
 
Ugh. All of mine are gone, too. They gave me $25 gift cards for each one but I would rather have the reservation! We were really looking forward to Oga's. I looked online and none of my dates have times available now.

Any idea why this happened? So strange. I hope they don't do this to any other reservations.
 
Ok- I’m feeling a little anxious about all my reservations now! As I’m looking there are a LOT of hard to get openings right now that we’re there earlier today… I’m going to be keeping an eye on my ressies- I’m afraid they will disappear with no warning!
 
My Oga disappeared too but able to rebook. I have noticed Storytellers and others that were booked are now wide open… makes me very nervous

honestly if they knew which reservations were cancelled, why couldn’t they just rebook them???
 
Is Plaza doing breakfast yet?
Yes- modified character breakfast. I’ve also seen a few parade lunches open now… lots of lamplight, lots of Carthay, lots of stuff that was NOT open this morning. I’m re-checking my stuff every few minutes it seems like they must be clearing out more then Oga’s with the open stuff now- this is more then opening more spots
 
honestly if they knew which reservations were cancelled, why couldn’t they just rebook them???
Some people got emails, some didn’t, I got one email but multiple cancellations. Hard to rebook if you don’t know. Or if you didn’t know fast enough and someone else booked your day fully….
 
I got home and saw the $25 gift certificates (two of them for both reservations) and when I came on the boards found out why, Then I found the email and sadly there are not any reservations to be had the entire first week of Jan.
 
Received the gift cards but no email. So frustrated that others were able to rebook the same dates and times that I woke up at 3am to reserve.
