Disney Cake with allergy concerns

I want to order a birthday cake for my niece while at Disney World, but she's allergic to eggs and dairy products. Do you think that Disney could create a yummy cake for her with these restrictions?

Anyone have the Cake phone number?

Yes, they can make special cakes.
