Is the Disney+ Bundle available now as a Disney Visa card holder

I am concerned if I sign up for the Disney + Visa offer, that I cannot convert it to the bundle. Think we will see any deals on the bundle? I might just do the Disney + 2-yr deal now, and add espn+ a la carte (Hulu isn't as important, but would be a good extra).
