Disney Book

Both families spent the same amount of time at Disney World, and returned home on the same flight.

But there was a difference….

One family spent $5,500 for their Disney World vacation. The other spent $2,700.

What made the difference?

mostly, the Disney Vacation Club timeshare

i bought the ebook back in the mid-2000s when i was trying to learn about DVC. it's not terrible but frankly, you can find more and better info here on the DIS if you can use the search function (or google).

The internet must have decimated the travel guidebook industry--not just Disney, but everything. When you have a living/breathing live 24/7 resource it's hard to compete with dead tree media. Even when somebody posts erroneous information, someone comes along and sets you straight. I loved the UOG to WDW and bought yearly updates just for entertainment purposes, whether I was planning a trip or not. I still recommend the UOG for beginners, but no longer purchase the annual updates. :earsboy:
