disney birthday...

i will be going up in december to disney with my family. and all but 3 of us (theirs 9 of us) have december birthdays.

but anyway, we will be ariving on my little cousins birthday. and i heard something about being able to have ballons put into their rooms?
is that true?
if so, how would i go about doing that?
how much would it cost?
and what characters do they have on the balloons?

Well I don't want to be a big tease or anything, but we were at the WL over our son's birthday and I mentioned his birthday when we checked in (lobbying for our room request). The CM wished him a happy birthday and sent us on our way. About 30 minutes later ballons just arrived with a card signed by Mickey and the gang.

I mentioned my birthday at check in a couple of weeks ago, and the CM had balloons and the signed Mickey card sent to our room, too. It didn't arrive until the day after my birthday, but I thought it was a really nice thing to do.
