Hi. Livid doesn't even describe it. And they don't really have a customer service to call. Most of the people who answer the phone barely speak English so calling is getting me nowhere. I was going to email their customer service department, but they don't make it easy. I am disgusted with this company! I'm letting Dave take care of it. I'm too mad. I yelled at them and hung up the other day.

I'd do that if I could get someone who knows something on the phone. They don't even really tell me what's going on. It sounds like they have too many repairs and are behind. I have a feeling I'm not the only one dealing with this issue.

Oh, if I knew then what I know now. We really did our homework too and this seemed to be the best computer, and we assumed that HP was a good company. We actually had an Acer first and I hated it so we took it back and got the HP. I like the computer when it works!

I am so sorry guys. I feel like I've left you all hanging. I don't know what else to do, but wait. Yelling doesn't work! Thanks for sticking around. You guys are the best!

I miss you all! Well, my house is cleanER! It better get real clean quick. I have at least 15 people coming over tomorrow for Easter.
