WHAT: Memcorp Battery packs, sold with Disney DVD players and sold at discount and electronics stores, at Disney Parks and through the Disney Catalog from April 2005 through March 2006 from $70 to $130.
The packs were sold with DVD players DP3500-PRN, -FLR, -MC, -MKY and -POW.
REASON: The Memcorp packs can overheat and possibly burst when recharging, posing a risk of burns.
WHAT TO DO: Consumers should contact Memcorp for a replacement rechargeable battery pack. For information, call Memcorp at 1-800-326-0315 or visit disneyelectronics.com.
