At an upcoming charity event we have a Disney weekend silent auction basket. It has Disney tickets and a two night hotel stay. It also has the Kohl's Cares Dumbo and Dumbo book.

I have $20 to add filler items to make the basket look full and pretty. Other than dollar store emergency ponchos, do you have suggestions for cheap, useful items for a Disney trip?

The baskets are not huge, so I don't need a ton of stuff, but I do want to make it useful for a trip.

Dollar Tree has Disney themed antibacterial hand wipes and travel tissues that I put in my clients' gift bags that are perfect for in the parks. They also have large sized reusable shopping bags that are red with white polka dots that remind me of Minnie that would be great for wet bathing suits, etc.

:thumbsup2 I was in FiveBelow yesterday and they had Frozen tshirts, posters. DS20 works at Dollar General and said they have some other Disney items.

And to go with Dumbo...circus peanuts (candy marshmallow).

- New themed magic bands or Disney lanyards (for a regular RFID ticket)
- Another Kohls Cares stuffie and book combo (Lion King or Lady and the Tramp would work well)
- A Disney DVD or two

I'd stay away from "junkie" stuff as filler and try to keep it as "valuable" as possible to fill it out...

How about a $20 gift card they can use for food or souvenir.

A gift card would definitely be value added. If you wanted to do something else and you have a Disney Store nearby maybe an autograph book and a pen? Like an earlier poster said, I would go toward more quality stuff, you want some high bids for your charity! Depending on how much time you have to do this, you might be able to stretch your 20 on ebay for example, add a trading pin or a lanyard or a water bottle.

I wish we had Five below nearby! The Bastet is already an $700 value, so the $20 is to make it look full for presentation purposes. I found a cute Mickey calendar at our local dollar store. I got $1 emergency ponchos and found a pocket bug spray and sunscreen on clearance at Target for just over a dollar each.

No Disney store near me. I only have three days to get the items, so I will see if I can find a water bottle to add. I looked for a collapsible one today, but did not see one.

Thanks for the suggestions! They definitely give me good ideas of what to look for while I am out.

Michaels tends to carry different Disney themed items in their dollar area.
Maybe a small tube of glow bracelets would be good.
A small misting fan. My Walmart has them clearanced for a couple of bucks right now.

I know you only have a few days, but some parks maps like they have at the entrance of each park would look good fanned out inside the basket.
Any kind of inexpensive guide book, or maybe the hidden Mickey book they sell at most book stores.
Travel sized toiletries.
Carabiner clips to carry water bottles or cups.

This is what I was going to say. I always want wipes and somehow always forget.
