My opinion, I found his blog to be quite interesting, I have found the pictures of remnants of the old water park interesting from the guy that was deported and if Disney wanted to take the interest away, they also have the option of doing a complete demolition which I find equally interesting that they haven't - however - I would not do this, the risks are greater than the reward from a danger aspect from wildlife - but I am a northerner who thinks twice about going anywhere Alligators may be thriving or even hungry or where I might startle a poisonois snake - but most importantly I would never take the risk of being banned for life. I am sure Disney wants this story to be the guy was charged and banned for life to lower the interest of future explorers - from Disney's standpoint the lawsuit potential is not worth not discouraging this type of activity.
another option - they could set up a tour guide and make both of these attractions part of the Disney past - I can see it already - $15 per property or $25 to tour both abanonded properties...
