The Dis was quite a pain yesterday...hopefully it'll work better today.
My furniture will be delivered sometime between 10 & 1 today.....I can't wait!!!

I'm at work today which I don't normally work back to back days. I have a court hearing at 1:30 today for someone who wrote a bad check. I'm going to call the magistrate's to see if the person paid yet. The area is not one of the best to be going to, so I hope I don't have to walk there.

Thanks MP for the concern. It turns out I don't have to go over since they know he is guilty, and if he doesn't show, he will have a warrant out. They also told me another guy I have been trying to collect $5000 from has filed bankruptcy. Now I have to contact Bankruptcy court to get the Pirates listed. What a pain.

Sorry to hear about your hassles Lorraine; I hope all works out.

I have just emailed our realtor to tell her to take our house off the market. I'm going to start working on it this week to make it rental property.

We wound up buying an Oreck last night, so I hope they are as good as the hype. Mrs. AlabamaAlan said it did not hurt her back at all and since it seems to do well on the tile for an upright, that is all that matters.

We also received confirmation today that she has been invited to sing at a church music fest in Myrtle Beach in early Nov! They are going to arrange our lodging, so I just have to decide whether or not to take our youngest.

We will leave our oldest with friends so she does not have to miss two days of school, even if it is Kindergarten.

Well, I am not dizzy today. I finally chanced leaving the house at 3 and went to Walgreens for decongestant. That helped some, so then I took 2 persosets, that helped some, except that I kept waking up all night. Seems my pillow was high end under my neck (I have one of those scooped out ones) and it should have been low end. But this morning I wasn't dizzy, still have sinus pressure in my left cheek, must be the lousy weather causing it today.

Merry, I used to have a very stiff neck always. I switched to this funky pillow, and have not had it again. I forgot to take my pillow with me in May to my sisters and ater 2 nights on a regular pillow, I had to go out a buy another one! I took one to WDW this time, slept like a log. I hope you get over all the migraine after effects.

SB - I say go to court and fry 'em!

Alan, I'm with Gail, leave the kids and have some nice alone time. And good luck with the house rental. You know, owning 2 properties makes you a land baron!

My new furniture was delivered today & I am really happy with it! DH & I are going to play around with rearranging the room tonight....I'll take pictures to share later on.

SB - to be perfectly honest, I doubt that my pillow helps with snoring. Or perhaps I should rephrase that, it does help, according to my sister, I snored way too much at WDW, she says it was because I drank too much and was way exhausted. I have to disagree with the drinking too much, but agree with the exhausted. She said that when we didn't overdo it, I did not snore, I guess the pillow makes no difference. I originally tried the pillow because "they" said it would let me sleep better. Well "they" were not correct, I still sleep the same, sometimes not much, sometimes a lot, sometimes I wake up a lot, but I don't have a stiff neck anymore!

Oooh, new furniture, reminds me that I need to get away from the computer and back into the redecorating job.
