Disney and dying.

:woohoo:

Anyone can state that there is a law, to understand and be able to quote a law will allow others to know where they stand.

My boss always says, dont come to me with a problem, but a viable solution.

Perhaps you should explain that to your wife, as she came across as she was going to do what she wanted anyway. I was not aware she was unable to use the search function. :confused3

Logically when someone from the country I am going to visit posts that what I want to do may be against the law-I would take a moment to look it up.

Most people, when they find out there is a law-would do their best to follow it.

I am sure your boss would agree.

Have a Disney day.....

My wife would never break a law that would inflict harm towards others, their perosnal property, or their civil liberties.

I and my fellow service men and women are duty bound to follow all of the Queen's Regulations, however even my boss know's if we did just that, the British Armed Forces as it stands would no operate as effectively as it does in today's operational environment.

Have you ever broken the law?

So you honestly think that 3 little boys who let go of their balloons is breaking the law:confused3 If you already knew the law that you was refering to then you would have known that a small balloon release would have been Ok, and that by having only 3 balloons let go that in NO WAY would i have been trying to break any such law :) My husband posted the Law so that others who read this thread and thought a small release was breaking the law would now know that it is not the case!! Facts are better then assumption.
I already had looked it up so yep i know how to use the search button "but thanks for the concern" He just thought others like me may have thought that the law may have prevented any amount of balloons being realeased and so that information may help someone better then just saying "Might want to look into that as their are laws against that sort of thing"!!

Im pretty sure that from Disney world the number of BALLOONS that get let go of accidently by children is more then 3!?! but whatever I was having a little JOKE and stating how somebody could do it if they really wanted to do it.

I seriously have better things to do with my day then judge others but each to their own!

Whoever dies first will be spread by the remaining spouse. Whoever dies last can be spread by our kids.
I'm guessing only the first will happen, then there will be an arrest and a ban to never step foot on WDW property. At least, I hope there's an arrest - it's creepy to think people are illegally spreading remains in inappropriate places.

tell me about it. Kids play all over disney world. I would hate to think DD may end up playing in someone's discarded ashes.

and if everyone just released three balloons
or if everyone just ran that stop sign
or if everyone just dropped their trash on the ground
etc etc.

but I guess you're special and rules don't apply to you.

As already stated it is NOT against the LAW to release balloons up to a number of 9!!! so how exactly am i breaking the rules:confused3

It's been stated by bag check CMs b4 that they do keep a lookout for ashes.

I seriously think if somebody wanted to bring in ashes that badly they would find a way,People do all sorts of things these days with Ashes so i doubt sticking them into a drink cartoon or say a container that should NOT be used to hold ashes but be used for something else wouldnt be thought of.
BEFORE ANYBODY FLAMES ME IM NOT CONDONING DOING THIS............

Infact if they know of the rule's they may not even bring the whole of the ashes but a small amount that could be hidden in this way so they have more chance of being able to get away with it.

Im being made into a diamond so i wont have this problem :rotfl:

I've told my husband that I want him to put some of my ashes in the Haunted Mansion - though I'd doubt he'd do it. :goodvibes

They do switch out the water for IASW, and the moat on occasion too, so it wouldn't be a 'final resting spot'. A water treatment filter system would add your remains to the sludge (basically human waste products) and you'd be resting in poop for all of eternity.

:rotfl2:

YES I am to be creamated and part is to be buried next to my Dad and Mother and the rest is to be taken by my sister to WDW and sprinkled around the world and it is in my WILL and the money is there to pay for her trip incase she would not have it and has been planned for years...so your not the only one...some say I nuts and why do I care? I will be dead. and at the happiest place on earth.

all my Mothers roses from her casket were dried and sprinkled all over WDW over three years ago..some on her favorite rides.

Oh boy are you about to get some opinions your way :rolleyes1
NOT FROM ME THOUGH :thumbsup2

I love the roses idea i think that is wonderful way around the "rules of of human remains" maybe this might be a better solution for people who want this :)

I'm sure there are quite a few ashes scattered into the various lakes. The lake in Epcot and the one outside Magic Kingdom. The names escape me at the moment. There is nothing stopping people from doing it.
I would never think to check if there was a law preventing it. I imagine the same for others over the years. Now that I think of it, there is probably quite the party in the lake when Epcot closes at night. ;)

Exactly! If somebody wants to do this bad enough and it was a final wish of a loved one you can be sure that the loved one will do whatever it takes to try and get it done!

He could donate the urn that'll hold your ashes to the Haunted Mansion, it would add to the decor.

:rotfl: That totally cracked me up. LOL

I'm sure this thread is going to BLOW UP tomorrow with posters horrified that anyone would do such a thing, but I'm personally not seeing the big deal. Everything dies. There are diseased nasty animal carcasses and remains everywhere. It's dirt. :confused3 Everything goes back to the earth someway.
Now scattering remains on a ride or something is kind of dumb, especially after reading the pp's comment about forever resting in poop. LOL
