Disney After Hours Events?

We have a trip planned May 10-20. We are DVC. I’m considering an after hours event...possibly, and being DVC we would get the discounted rated. I’m wondering if these sell out or do I have time to decide? Are tickets ever available the day of?

The Villains After Hours events have a better shot of selling out than the others, but know that your discount may not be available day of.

I highly recommend these, as the lines really are insanely short, and without fastpass they move.

We just did one at MK on 1/20/20. It was so great! Now my new way of touring...no park hopper...use that money to buy a ticket to the MK After Hours event. A great way to get to enjoy everything you like about MK without the wait and crowd!

We bought our tickets for After Hours at MK one day in advance a couple weeks ago.

We are a 6 adults. My husband and I, our two daughters and their husband and boyfriend. My married daughter is pregnant and will be about 6 months along during our trip so she wont be able to ride a lot. I would Ike to wait it out and maybe purchase the day of if we decide we want to do it. I just don’t know if I would still be able to get the DVC discount if we wait to purchase that day. Does anyone know?

"Tickets can be purchased in advance for $129 per adult or child, plus tax, or on the day of the event for $139 per adult or child, plus tax. Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club Members can take advantage of specially priced advance-purchase tickets for just $99 per adult or child, plus tax"

This language from Disneyworld.com makes it seem that all tickets day of are $139.

@GADisneyDad14 keeps 2 great threads on the AH events. Read the first posts, he has charts with sell out & other great info. Also reports from other posters who have been to them.
