Disney After Dark Opinions?

My wife and I are going in January and are considering doing the Disney After Dark is it worth the money as I've seen some vids and it looks good with low crowds and wait times.

No event suits everyone’s particular Disney preferences of course, but generally speaking the reviews of DAH tend to slant towards it being a quality experience.

We went to the 8/4 event date and loved it.

I was there 8/4. We used the event as our only MK day. So we paid a bit more, but snacks/drinks incl, for park time than a normal day ticket. In my case it was 100x better than regular park touring. Just the 2 of us went though. It would be a harder pill to swallow for my whole family of 6, but if I was doing it in lieu of a standard MK ticket I'd still do it.

We went last January and thought it was well worth the cost. I’d love to attend another next January but DH isn’t so keen on spending the money this time around. I’m trying to figure out how to change his mind!

We went last month (8/11) and loved it! We’d definitely do it again if they have it during our trip.
