I live locally and started bringing my daughter to the parks at exactly 1 month old and had no problems walking after having had a c-section. Since the baby is with me it is VERY slow paced, laid back touring. How much running around are you planning on doing with a 2 month old? The reality is that the baby will require you to do things at a MUCH slower pace than you are used to if you've been going without baby because there are all kinds of logistics involved with taking a tiny baby that you don't even think about until you find yourself in that situation. Considering that, in terms of touring the parks post c-section you should be fine! I also went swimming 6 weeks after my c section (when the doc cleared me) and have had no problems.
That said though, my daughter is now 4 months and has never been to a water park nor do I plan on taking her to one anytime soon. I will wait until she is at least 6 months but probably even longer than that. The 2 month old baby can't do anything at the water park and use of sunscreen is not encouraged at that age. It can get really hot at the water parks, a baby that young can not regulate their temperature and should not be in the heat for extended periods of time, and unlike the theme parks, there really aren't any cool places to go inside and sit for a while and let baby cool down other than the changing room. I don't know what time of year you are coming but my daughter was 2 months in May/June and it was already so hot at that time of year I would never keep her outside for more than 2 hours at a time and even 2 hours is pushing it. At a water park the baby would be outside for probably much longer than 2 hours and I would hate to be that baby if you are going when the weather is humid, which is a good part of the year here. If I were you since you are coming from so far away I would delay the trip for the baby's sake. You will probably be fine, but I'm not sure you are realizing just how huge of an impact an infant that young will have on the approach you will have to take to touring the parks!
