can anyone tell me if you can park hop with the 10 day world pass, also can anyone reccomend a character breakfast that is included with the pass

mrshnn, I'm pretty sure that yes you can park hop with the 10 Day World Pass as this is the one I'm planning to get. However someone with a little bit more experience than me will be able to tell you for certain. I can't answer your q. about character breakfasts as this is something I want to know as well.

We had a 10 day world pass last year. Yes you can park hop, although ticket and hand stamp was required if you intended to go to a different park.
Sorry but can not remember which character breakfasts were included in this ticket. Although we had the tickets for character breakfast we didn't use them.
Will be buying 10 day world pass for next year - so I am also interested in finding out where we can have the character breakfasts. To what I can remember on the back of the character breakfast tickets it states where you can use them.
(Will be buying our tickets next spring as they are usually on offer then):D

We had a 10 day world pass last year and yes, you can definately park hop with them.

We had our character breakfast on day one of our holiday.
We had it in the polynesian. Table service with bacon, eggs, sausages etc. Mickey shaped waffles and syrup and plenty of it.
The characters were Mickey, Goofy, Chip 'n Dale. They interacted well with the kids and got them all up to do a Conga around the restraunt. My DD was right behind Mickey in the Conga. The look of delight on her face will live with me for ever.

We went to Chef Mickeys at the Contemporary. Mickey, Minnie, Chip, Dale, Goofy and Pluto were all there and the interaction was excellent.
Good buffet breakfast as well.

We used our voucher at Breakfastosauras in the Restaurantosauras (!!) at Animal Kingdom in August 2002 - loads of caracters including Mickey, Minnie, Donald and Goofy etc.
The list of restaurants you could use the voucher that comes with the 10 day pass was:

Character Breakfasts at;
Cape May cafe, Beach Club resort
Chef Mickeys,
1900 park fare, Grand floridian
Ohana
Hollywood and Vine, Disney Studios
Restaurantosaurus, AK

also breakfasts at
AS Movies premier food court
AS Music Intermission food court
AS sport End zone food court
Boma, AKL
The Mara, AKL
Spoodles, Boardwalk
Old POrt Royale, Caribbean Beach resort
Trails End Buffeteria, Fort Wilderness
Concourse Steak House, Contemporary
Gasparilla Grill, Grand Floridian
Grand Floridian Cafe
Olivias, OKW
Captain Cooks Snack, Polynesian
Kona cafe, Poly
Boatwrights Dining Hall, PO
Riverside Mill, PO
Roaring Fork Snacks, Wilderness Lodge
Whispering canyon, WL
Yachtsman Steakhouse, Yacht Club Resort
ABC Commisionary, Disney Studios
Tusker House, AK
Pizzafari, AK

Anyone know if the same list applies to the character breakfast inclu ded in the Fun in the Sun ticket?

Which one would you choose if you had a 15 year old DS (with occasional tendency to be a 'Kevin') rather than little kids with you?

Also, what is the current price of a 10 Day World Ticket? I am currently trying to decide which is the best option for our visit next Easter?

Thanks,

Julie

Lots of people (myself included) have 10 day world passes that state in the documentation that you have to pick up the breakfast voucher from Guest Services at the Animal Kingdom park. You might want to check whether this applies to you. We will be using the voucher at Restaurantosaurus as we were not planning a visit to AK until near the end of the holiday so will use the voucher the day we collect it.

We used the voucher that came with the 10 day ticket but the waitress seemed confused and we got the impression that we had to swap this voucher for a ticket elsewhere in the park. It didn't matter though as she accepted it anyway.

We had a 10 day hopper pass in August which we bought from TCD at a good price, but received vouchers. The ticket voucher can be exchanged at Guest Services & did this at Downtown Disney soon after we arrived. They were very helpful.

The breakfast voucher can only be exchanged at Guest Services inside Animal Kingdom, no idea why but thats the rule.

We had a PS booked for the breakfast , for our 1st morning, which we had to cancel because we couldn't get the voucher in time.

Guest Services will make or change PS for you.

We had our Breakfast at 1900 Park Fayre which is in the Grand Floridian hotel. I can def recommend it & would go again. It was a full buffet plus a CM making fresh ommlettes to your order.

We were greeted at the door by Mary Poppins & Bert inside we saw Winnie Pooh, Eeyore & ALice in Wonderland. had loads of interaction & nothing was rushed. I'd book an earlier time if poss, as when we got there we were shown straight ot a table but when we came out there was a long queue.

The only character breakfast in a park, with the voucher, Is Donalds Breakfastsaurus (spell?) at Animal Kingdom. We 've eaten there too & really enjoyed it.
