Man oh Man! I Totally agree with Dawn and Alex on this one and I'm wondering which one's of us is wrong.
First, WHY were they going after pot and not "X" or "acid" or "coke?" Those are the really dangerous drugs and they are pretty easy to get in school too. Second, I too wonder why boys were the primary target.
Third, I've NEVER agreed with the definition used for "sale." When a friend asks you to secure some pot for personal use and that's what you do, it should not be labeled "sale" the same as the dealer who has bales in their garage. These boys should be charged with possession and sharing. They were clearly coerced into their "sale" and although it IS a crime, they should not be sent to prison for this "crime." Children this age can successfully move through the drug use phase and come out as model citizens EVEN if they secured some pot for a friend in need-really.

Possession and sharing - that's a new one!! Can alcohol be shared too?
