Im so pleased to hear youve been refunded, esp as you seemed to be giving up.
Virgin are good at doing holidays, its just the lack of human decency in a few cases recently that I have a problem with.
oh and the huge increase in price.
Im sure you will have a wonderful holiday

Thanks guys I would hv given up if not for all the great info and support. We went online last night and charlotte chose Bay lake towers for her choice but as the points are higher we are staying 6 nights there at the end and my choice wilderness lodge for 8. Flights are £513 m+m and £623 if we came back PE which im happy with so just need to book when i pick up vouchers from post office today.
