For those of you in our PhotoPass Share (At the time there are 4 Familes)... Here is a bit of information copied/modified from another thread:
This process will be the basis for how I will run this....
The Group Administrator (ME) will pre-order the CD (Already Have) so that it will cost $99.00. The Group Administrator will burn the CDs and ship them out as well.
Once the groups are finalized, The Group Administrator will ask that everyone in that group to pay (method to be determined - If PayPal, which is preferred, it will be price plus paypal 3% fee) The price will include shipping as well (USPS Media Mail Estimate of ~$2.50). The Group Administrator will of course get your "confirmed" shipping address via PayPal. The Group Administrator will let everyone know the price up front so that there are no "surprises". The Group Administrator will separate the photos as best as he can, so that the CD's that are mailed to each participant contain only their own photos. Everyone in the group needs to accept the fact that there may be photos that are accidently omited from their CD's or some of your family's photos may accidently wind up on the others.. Because this is a human process, the potential for errors exists... If found, I will of course have the original CD's and can e-mail you the missing photos....O.K.?
Once The Group Administrator gets your information they will post your name on the board. After the Group Administrator figures out the price they will PM everyone. Once The Group Administrator has received the money they will post "Confirmed" by your name. The Photopass account information will be sent to the participants at a later date.
Here is how a photopass share works: (Copied from multiple posts)
Get a photopass card from a photopass photographer when they take your pictures in the parks. Have fun and have lots of photopass photographers take your picture. Each photographer will scan your photopass card to add photos to your photopass card id number. *TAKE A PICTURE OF YOUR PHOTOPASS CARDS WITH YOUR OWN CAMERA IN CASE YOU LOSE YOUR PHOTOPASS CARD.
When you get home, rather than create your own Photopass account on the Disney Photopass website, you will use a photopass account that is already created by The Group Administrator.
All the people in your group will add their photopass card IDs to this same account (Username & Password provided upon receipt of funds and everyone's return) on the Disney Photopass website. You can edit your photos there (add borders, crop, etc) and then once everyone in the group has added their photos and edited their pictures, The Group Administrator will finalize the CD(s) for shipping. All the members split the cost evenly.
The cost will decrease with more members in the group.
There is NO LIMIT to how many pictures you can take. If a group has enough pictures to fill more than one CD, Disney will send as many additional CD's as it takes at no extra charge.
The photos will need to be edited by the date we set.
NOTE: Sharing a CD means that strangers (the people within the group) will have a copy of your trip photos. Some people may not be comfortable with that.
IMPORTANT: From the time the first photo is loaded onto the group photopass account you must be done editing, and order the CD within 30 days. So everybody needs to get their photopass IDs added to the account as soon as possible upon their return. The sooner the better, so that everyone can get their CDs ASAP. (Some leaders may chose to assign "load days" for each group member, to avoid confusion, and to have all of a particular family's pictures grouped together.) This works really good. I will probably assign load days.

PayPal is preferred and if used, add 3% for the fee. (.87)
so...$29.87 if 4 People. Of course if we get our 5th, it will be reduced.
Is the above cost O.K for everyone so far? I want to close the group by Apr 15, so if we only have us 4 at that time, I need to ensure you guys are all O.K. with the above price. Closing the share on the 15, would mean that all monies would be due by then.. I'm open to suggestions, so if you think I should change anything, let's talk about it. Just so you know, you guys can trust memy eBay username is the same....all 100% positive feedback!!
This is GREAT!!! Thanks Joe & Jamie for being our Group Administrator for this project. We are in!! Just let us know how you would prefer payment. Also, I was thinking that if you all wanted to participate in the t-shirts, maybe we could just make a trade so that money doesn't have to exchange hands. If you are not interested in t-shirts for the meet, we'll be happy to pay you for the photopass share discs. Please feel free to PM me anytime you'd like.
