You pic your favorite pic Mandy. That's your job.

And I can't believe I messed up. Guess I'm back down to 98.9% perfect! :rotfl:

Yes DM your a regular Mary Poppins. Practically Perfect in Every Way:rotfl:

Joyce - you took the words RIGHT OUT OF MY MOUTH!! :lmao:

Here's my photo again - it's that same one, but I happen to like it! :goodvibes

OK... I'll write this in large print for all you OLD people! I will be 36 on Nov 17th. But DM, I don't mind telling you again, in case the memory is starting to slip! :rotfl2:

STOP RUBBING IT IN, YOU YOUNGIN', YOU! :goodvibes

My keyboard just drops letters at random due to an unfortunate Creme de Menthe and hot chocolate accident! :rolleyes1

How funny is THAT?! :lmao:

Dana's pics are so cute. I get tickled at how she looks 10 in some pics, and 16 in others!

Yep - that's the age... one minute a baby, the next too old for MY comfort! lol :goodvibes

Avery is quite the Diva in Training. She loves to strike a pose... we just haven't told her that she looks like a goof! This is from last Christmas. She was playing a video game while having a breathing treatment... but had to pause to strike a pose!

That is so cute!!! :rotfl:

Are we all chatting now??? :dance3:

Kari - Avery is too cute even with her breathing treatment. How did she do in Disney with that? Oh yea, and Kari, just because you're younger doesn't mean that you look it! :lmao: Joking.

Renee - You totally bummed me out about you having to do a presentation that week in October. I really was serious! I told Rob that you were the person whom I would love to go to The City with.

This is the best I can do until we get the Photopass CD. Since we were buying the CD, I never asked anyone to take group photos of us this year.

And because Courtney's pic is so cute... here is Wynn and me. Tucker took the shot while I was trying to see what bus was coming. I was none too pleased that you can see up my nose!

Hmmm... not sure I can manage it, but when were you thinking of coming and for how many days? It WOULD be fun!! We really were thinking of going away for our anniversary during that week, but I'm not certain that will work out either. This dang presentation over my head! :scared:

There is always next year. Just don't forget...

:rotfl2:

She did great this year. We never even took it out of the car. Her asthma is triggered by illness for the most part, so she doesn't get breathing treatments too often. She is beginning to outgrow it... only 2 serious attacks last winter. :cool1: Her problem is that when she has an attack, she starts to cough. Then if we can't get it under control, it goes into Bronchitis or pneumonia within a day or 2. So we never leave home without her equipment!

Thanks Renee and DM... she is a cutie. Looks just like her mother...:rolleyes1

Oh carp! I totally got rid of links to our family photos. I think everyone needs to repost their pics so I can add links again. Now that we've all gone to Disney maybe new ones of our trip...

Ok, but if you want a recent family pic, it will be from this trip, but I'm waiting for our Photopass CD. The one I post at the begining was two years old.

You can wait for a more recent photo. I'm waiting to post mine so I can get my PhotoPass pic up too. I just got my computer back from the shop so I have to reload some programs first and then I'll post our pic.

Just remembered this one I had the PP guy in MGM take.

Ok getting off now, the big bad thunder storm is over, I hate them. Can't sleep when they hit at night. Has to do with Torandos and living in LA as a teen. Never bothered me before then. Go figure. Night all.

That's a nice photo. I will post it on the first page. If you want to tell us your family members' names, let me know...

I'll post a recent pic when I get the Photopass CD...I ordered it late last night and paid for express shipping so hopefully I'll have it before my beach trip next week.

OK, well, Amanda left for another camp around noon today. It is a sports camp that our church takes our 5th & 6th graders to at a college that is about an hour away. DH dropped her off at the church and she was excited to go. When she got there she found out that she was the only 5th grade girl going but that didn't seem to bother her. Well, about 7:15 I get a call on my cell phone from the Children's Director's phone and I can't hardly understand Amanda because she is crying so hard wanting to come home. I tell her that she has to stay and that she will have fun. Then I talk to the Director and she said that Amanda would be fine. About 5 minutes later the director called again and said that Amanda was fine, she was playing games with the other girls. An hour later I get another call this time it's from Amanda's cell phone...she's crying again, she wants to come home in the morning. I talked to her for a little while and then I give the phone to DH and he talks to her for a little while...he leaves it with her that she will stay tonight and tomorrow night and then they will talk on Wednesday. She's scheduled to come home at lunch on Friday. Then about 10 minutes later the director calls me back to tell me that she had let Amanda talk to her little girl on the phone and she was laughing and cutting up with her & that Amanda was fine until she talked to us. She told me that if Amanda was really as miserable as she sounded to me that she herself would call and let me know. She has told her Bible Study counselor and the other girls to shower Amanda with attention and love. She did say she was impressed with Amanda's ability to turn her tears off and on. Can anyone say Drama Queen? Like DH said if she was in danger or in a bad environment we would go get her in a heartbeat but if she gives it a chance I think she is going to have a great time.

DM the singer guy is Dave Yaden from the Weight. Look on my top friends on myspace and you'll find him without a problem.

Sonya - I am sure that Amanda is homesick. It is totally natural. It is also natural for her to feel worse when she speaks with you or your hubby. I can still remember how I felt when I tried to move out to CA by myself when I was 19. Different than your daughter, but still I didn't make it because of the homesick and everyone from home kept calling me making me more homesick. It was really hard, especially at night time. Hopefully, Amanda will get better tomorrow during the day when she is kept busy.

The director said that they are going to be so busy tomorrow that she won't have time to be homesick. She will have Bible study right after breakfast, then do volleyball, then a craft or cooking (both of which she loves), lunch, free time, more crafts/cooking, tennis, dinner, worship & then a party. It will be that way for the next 3 days. I'm sure she is going to have a good time if she will just give it a chance...that's one reason I have not called her. I am going to call the director sometime in the morning to check on her. I trust the director and I'm sure she has seen kids do this before and will be able to tell me if we need to go get her or not.

Good morning, all!

DM... I can't believe how late you were online last night! You are normally in bed with your shows by 8ish. I thought middle of the night chatting was my MO! I actually remembered around 11PM that my birth control was gone. :scared1: Had to run ti the 24 hour Walgreens.

Sonya... sorry that Amanda had a rough night. Isn't it lovely how they call and get you worried... then return to their activities like nothing has happened? Avery and Tucker are going to Chicago in 2 weeks with their grandparents for 5 days. I just know Avery is going to be homesick by day 2, or day 3 at the latest. When they sleepover at Grandmother's for more than 1 night, she is always being brought home by day 3 because she is crying. But I generally tend to think the tears are first thing in the AM, and she would be fine if they stuck it out through breakfast and some AM Playhouse Disney. Tucker is definitely the favorite child (only boy out of 5 grandkids) and so they jump at the chance to keep him there without her. :sad2: Oops! Just caught myself venting!
