DISers stalking DISers...continuing our friendship!

use the 3 days we have left for Friday, Sat, and Sunday... and then start the Monday with the 5 day new pass and go to Blizzard Beach or Typhoon Lagoon and it will take us through to Friday.

If it were me, I would use the 5 day pass first, and save the other for last since it is non-expiring. That way you will have those days for a future visit, even if it is 10 years from now.

I have a feeling we aren't as "DISNEY" as the rest of you.. ;) I don't see us returning in the next few years - we want to try another Disney Cruise and go to Bermuda, etc...

We just bought the tix we could use this time, as we want to do other things also. I want to do a Disney cruise, all-inclusive in Cozumel or Grand Cayman, or Cape Canaveral and other parks in FL. I don't really see us in WDW again for a while, so I didn't want to spend that money this time around.

Part of me agrees with you and part of me doesn't. ;)
We like to do the water parks and Pleasure Island too, and that doesn't carry over - that is only good for that "7 or whatever days after first used".. Only the park admissions are non-expiring. So, that's why I'm thinking - use the 3 days we have left for Friday, Sat, and Sunday... and then start the Monday with the 5 day new pass and go to Blizzard Beach or Typhoon Lagoon and it will take us through to Friday. We never go to a park on our "going home" day....

When we do return to Disney World, we'll be wanting to get the water parks and Pleasure Island admissions with the park hopper.
Make sense?
Where did you read that about the water park part expiring. I can't find anything that says that. If it is true, that screws up our plans for our water park days, because we supposedly still have 4 left on ours. I really think those days are no exp. too, because my neices friend had a 10 day no exp and went with us last year and used hers.

They definitely do not expire if you added no expiration to your ticket. We are still using up WP options from 2005.

OKay so I'm getting very much in the Disney mood. I have ready for the plane ride.

Disney Wishes (the Make A Wish CD)
Wish Upon A Star
High School Musical
POTC 2
Life is a Highway video.

All on the ipod all for sanity on the plane.

Oh bummer. I was going to give to a link to a great thread on the TP board to doadload a ton of Disney music but the OP removed it as some has problems with her sharing music (she's in Canada where it's legal) My Ipod is filled with Disney songs.

Oh, and I don't disagree with doing the other places as well. We have a trip planned next fall at the Grand Canyon. But my point was that you will have those park days locked in at this years prices for only a little more than you are going to pay for the 5 day pass anyway. Just a thought if you know you'll be going again some day.

Ok - I could have SWORN that even with the "no expiration" option, that didn't include the water parks.. (maybe years ago?!) As I re-read the ticket options, that does not seem to be the case.. which is great. Sorry to have scared you, Kanga!

I still think we are going with the 5 day pass - as I'm not sure when we will return. Even if we plan on using all the days, I still always get no-expiration, in case something happens when we are there and skip a day.
It does make sense to buy now at a less expensive price, but I think we'll just figure out what we will use the next time around...

Better get back to work - I am preparing Required Summer Reading Assignments for Grades K through 5. fun fun fun....:sad2:

You can upgrade at any time during your trip, and the cost is the same. I would buy the regular tix, and add the non-expire if you need to during the trip. It's $14 per ticket/day to do the non-exp... $210 you may not need to spend. And if you use that ticket first, you would be saving the non-exp you already have if you end up skipping a day. That's just me... cheap! I hate to spend the money if I don't REALLY need to!

I am sure you must have needed to use everyones fingers and toes to count them all...:lmao:

My work schedule has kept me so busy the last few days that I haven't been able to keep up with all of you:badpc:

:rotfl2: Leave it to Wendy to bump up her posts while slamming DM! Too funny! But you do know we love you, right DM? DM? DEEEE EEEMMMMM! :rotfl2:
