Speaking of which, does anyone know anything about the actual holding cell within Disney World ('sorry, Kenny! )? My impression was that it's located in the Magic Kingdom. ... Or is that just an urban legend?

That I would accept. I tried very hard to get them to let me take a pic in the jail scene, but they wouldn't let me. They did allow us a ride on POTC in costume!

Balloon Guy -- this was a very creative and simple use of magic! Good Job! I really like how the simple concept of the balloons draw me back to Main Street WDW right away!

So who do you think will be contacting the Top 10? Will it be the marketing company or Disney directly? I just want to make sure I know what area code to be watching for on the caller ID. We got a call the other day and it said Anaheim. I about freaked, but it turned out to be my wife's attorney.

Sorry I haven't been around much. My days are getting longer... and we decided to add a day to our next Disney trip in 14 days. So I have been searching for the perfect hotel deal. We are going to arrive Saturday around lunch, stay off property for the night, and then check into BWV on Sunday. Can't wait.

I could definitely understand the "jinx" mentality....I for one knock on wood daily... but, sharing the anxious anticipation with the super-great people here on the board--who share your dream-- might help relieve the pressure and help pass the time. I sincerely hope that all of the remaining top 20 come forward, we would love to meet them (and, of course, live vicariously through them).

Can you feel the tension in the air this morning???? It's like everybody woke up this morning and realized that a whole week has gone by between the interviews and any further announcement from anyone.

I can feel the tension from Utah to Indiana, from Pittsburgh to Yorktown.

I'm getting a good sense of what Edie Brickell and the New Bohemians meant when they sang "choke me in the shallow water before I get too deep." I think we are all hoping that we're not going to have to sit and wait by the phone, or the email box, or the front porch for a message that never comes.

I've seen several different posts all alluding to the same fear that the Top 10 have already been called... but that the rest of us have no idea! If I knew for sure that I was in the Top 10... I might not be able to say so... but I definitely wouldn't tell you that I didn't know yet. So... I don't know yet... for whatever that's worth.

I guess I'm going to be riffing on lyrics today (is music allowed under the rules of DIS? ) James Taylor (New Tune - a little obscure)

About to leave for 2nd funeral this week. I'm holding "The Sponsors" hostage until they can provide me with a trip to one of the parks, or hey, even a cruise! I don't mention them by name as they are tied up in the brig of the ship on a bread and rum diet. No trip soon = water.

Part of the tension is that I think many of the semifinalists really want to know if the other semifinalists know something they know. Or... they don't know anything and want to know if others know more.
