Hi, everyone!

I miss a couple of days and come back and WOW, I can't believe how many pages I'm behind!

Fleagle, I am soo far backed up on this thread, now I can't find the link to your video. Please post it for me and while you're at it...Count me in!!!

My dream job at WDW would be as a Photopass Photographer. I am always looking for couples and families, who are taking pictures. I always offer to take the camera from a family member so they can get in the picture too.

So cool to hear everyone's dream jobs -- and how varied they really are!

My DH had a meeting in Tampa in 2 weeks so I was frantically looking around for hotel and flight info -- thinking I could sneak in another Disney trip. Then when it was all settled but right before I bought anything, his meeting got canceled. Told DH that DD and I would go w/o him -- he wasn't too happy!

So the mega millions is tonight? Go Fleagle!!

Oh, and I took DD to doctor since she was still not feeling well and had a fever -- Doc said she had a 104.9 degree temp She done got the flu ... but doc said with kids you don't have to really be worried until it reaches 108!!! Does that sound whack to you all?

This is our first child so I'm not familiar with flu/fevers in children. She's on TamiFlu medicine right now. Just hoping I don't get it either...

Well, since we only know about 8 or 9 names... we are essentially running unopposed on the Dis ballot.

Happy Anniversary to all of us!!!

One week ago today was the "on or about" date for the Dream CMO.

We now know that it was actually the "about" and most of us were licking our wounds this time a week ago....a few were celebrating.....

One week later and we are supporting those who are going on for their dream and I, for one, know I have found a site with like-minded Disney people that I am glad I am a part of!

I have to agree. It has been so nice to see everyone bounce back to the happy people that we all were before the phone calls started.

Even when I have horrible days like I did yesterday, I still had so much fun on here with everyone. It is nice to have such an active topic that we can all enjoy.

Holy cow. This thread has exploded since I was last here... wow! I'm excited to find out who the Top 10 are. What I'm most excited to find out about though, once the voting is over, is what the "reality-show type games" are going to be that the Top 3 will be participating in. Any guesses?

In my research that I saw, the "reality-show games" were:

1) Decorate a Disney resort room to make it magical

2) Create your own CMO costume and hat

3) Entertain a crowd of people prior to the start of a parade.

Well, I just re-read the small print for the top 3 and didn't find it there...so I guess it was an article talking about the contest or I dreamt it in my sleep.

Either way, those would be good things to do -- sort of Extreme Makeover meets Project Runway meets America's Got Talent ... hmm, would we call it:

How old is she? My son is 5, and the doc says 105 is when you need to worry. My nephew and a friends child both went into convulsions with 106 so I would start worrying at 105!

Hey, Marshay: You're not going crazy!

If you dreamed it, then I did, too, because that pre-parade entertainment "bit" (task #3) also stands out in my mind. (It's actually part of the reason I didn't rush to apply. ...that and time constraints, which would have prevented me from putting together a competitive video. I decided that someone else would be far better suited than me for the pre-parade "show"! )

I can't remember where I read it, though. I also can't remember if it was a hypothetical "here are some of the potential reality-show-style events" or if those truly are the feats that the Top Three will be asked to perform. I do know, however, that the participants are allowed to bring a few tag-along guests for moral support. NICE! I can't wait to watch all of the video footage! Should be fun!
