Kenny was our resident researcher last year. He was (and still is) pretty much the first to discover new information. He even discovered careerbuilders test site that they used before rolling out information to the general public. And, he figured out the judges ranking for all the finalists -- something that CB and Disney tried to keep secret. One thing we discovered last year -- careerbuilder was on time (sometimes even early). I'm sure the finalists have been contacted. There's a chance that some of the finalist will get disqualified for some reason and I think that is why they chose 20 which they will narrow down to 10. On several occasions last year, we had to scramble to get documents notarized and returned to them. It was quite hectic at times and we were (at least I was) nervous that we would mess something up and get disqualified.

Since they will not require additional information to go from the top 20 to the 10 (no additional affidavits), I do not think they will reveal that information until the 2nd. I think that the final 3, however, will know before it is revealed to the public (as they will need to sign additional releases).
Unlikely. He hasn't released the info to the inner sanctum of last year's winners. Ricky can, and will, keep a secret.
