*Here's another one (a lady) that I liked. It's fairly simple. (I was thinking it was going to be a boring laundry-list, but then I was pleasantly surprised.) She proved that she can motivate people to do silly things (for the sake of Disney). Oh, and did you catch that "Hidden Mickey" (Mouse Ears) at the end? I'm thinking this one should please both "camps," since it opens with a list of qualifications.

(Maybe I'm too easily amused! I do admit that -- for a lot of these -- the candidates would have to support their video entries with adequate proof of their qualifications during the written and interview portions of the process.)

OH, this video is great! I love it! Not sure it shows me why he would be CMO but it's a really cute video! I thought that last scene was going to be all of them sitting down for dinner with bowls on their heads!

Yeah, it's perfect for the HM last year, but I did really like it--a pretty creative way to show his dreams to everyone. I love the sound effects of the kids laughing too...kinda takes you into that other world. If that makes sense!

So, let's all help the applicants with interviews next week. What questions do you think would be asked on the phone interview? What "talking points" do you think and applicant should go in with?

Here are some I came up with--what about the rest of you creative people?


Questions:

If you could have lunch with Walt Disney, what would you ask?
What are your weaknesses?
What accomplishment are you most proud of?
What do you see is the primary goal of the CMO?


Talking Points:

Prepare three personal experiences that highlight: grace under pressure, ability to make someone laugh, and helping others

Have at least two prepared questions to ask about the position.

Draft a closing statement with a joke in it.
